I think Hilary has a much better chance.Having suffered (I mean supported) as a fan for 30 years, I'd put our chances of finishing top 4 in the same bracket as Donald Trump ditching MilanIa for Hilary
Frankly, with the acoustics in the stadium being the incredible feat of engineering they are, even a core of 10k fans willing to sing and make noise spread around the ground should easily make up for 50k tourists and more casual fans.Unfortunately Levy designed the stadium for the purpose of making money with little thought of the atmosphere, acoustics apart.
Don't get me wrong, i am all for the club making money and i applaud him for that.
If he wanted a fortress with a magical atmosphere he would have designated the south stand to fans of the 1882 group, and advertised the stand as one for fans of similar type with prices to match.
He could have sat with the 1882 group and discussed a crowd flag etc , a kop end type stand.
Instead we have got a stand with a mixed bag, boring snotty fans, tourists and casual fans = little atmosphere.
3 wins in the next few games and everything will seem like it's back on. That's how it goes. You can always make an argument that it's in our hands with the number of rivals playing each other but obvs I won't hold my breath as we are quite capable of dropping points at home to NorwichWin tomorrow and it's a 6 point gap, and could be in 6th. Not over yet ... until we don't win tomorrow of course.

We're not getting in, we don't defend well enough, we're too passive and play with no intensity, just got to accept that this season is a transition season and look forward to next season.
Chelsea, Man U look almost as frail as we do. If DL can even that out a little bit over next two weeks, we may have a shot. But agree, we dont look up to scratch.
I would agree, but it’s funny what a couple of wins, a bit of confidence coming back, and a couple of players like Sonny finding form can do.We're not getting in, we don't defend well enough, we're too passive and play with no intensity, just got to accept that this season is a transition season and look forward to next season.
We still have a chance as the teams we are competing with for the final CL place are just as inconsistent as we are, although Chelsea have to be favourites for 4th.
Top 3 positions I cannot see changing
We've made up 5 points on 4th place, and 6 points on Chelsea, in the 12 games since Mourinho took over. With 14 games left, if those rates continue, it'll come down to the odd point or goal difference.Sadly, I think Chelsea are much better than us currently. I think they’ll finish top 4 comfortably at this rate.
