What are United doing having a weedy 18 year old marking VVD?

When the cross is that good as well, the kid doesn't stand a chance.
Its what we do regularly. Our big strong cbs mark some little shit who hasnt scored from a setpiece in 4 years and the biggest threat is left to someone like Winks or another midget to deal with.
I've moaned about it more times than I can count. Its a cop out. Shunning responsibility. And no Captains these days to say anything to the snowflakes incase they upset them.
Amazing you can go into a game at this level and it hasnt been sorted beforehand who's marking who. Amateur hour.

What else is new? The crop of PL refs just aren't good enough. You can throw the "they get 97% of decisions right" stat around which is fair enough, but most of them are hopeless at actually managing the game they're officiating, rather than just getting the calls factually right. That's where Pawson messes up here.
Too many play up to the crowd reactions as well

People can moan about de gea being soft but the point is when you have the keeper jumping straight up and the attacker jumping forward into the keeper it's not 50/50 and is correctly a foul.

I really dont think they are. I think most of us are seeing what we want to see.

Liverscum have had favourable decisions but so have we and others... except the CL final that was definitely favourable arghh

No they definitely do at least at Anfield. Refs shit themselves in front of their fans. They get away with a lot of little fouls

I wonder, do the Robertson and Capoue non red cards count as “right” decisions? If so, it’s subjective bollocks, no wonder they can concoct such a high percentage.

Yeah I'm as annoyed with Liverpool as everyone else but there's no great conspiracy going on.

You have to factor in that Liverpool creates more chances than any other team which in turn bodes for more 50/50 VAR situations, penalty kicks etc.

They do get a lot of media coverage though. But so do United and other teams with a large fan base. It's just media logic, we get more coverage than say Wolves or Sheffield United.

This game needs a few Roy Keane-type tackles.

Liverpool’s medical staff have hardly had much to do this season. They should be earning their keep.

For that you need fans that can be bothered.

Whilst you do have a point, it’s worth noting Liverpool have created this atmosphere since they’ve started playing really well and winning lots of games. It’s not the other way round. It’s almost like watching a really good team win lots of games helps fans get in to it.

Spurs have never had fans who were bothered enough, whether we've been good or bad.

I don’t think we have enough of these types. We have plenty but it’s a big old ground we’ve got now. Lots of tourists floating about.
