Last summer ITK were silent when we sold Trippier ?
sissoko is out at least till April, we might still make a sale but no buying will be done by DL , there only interested in other revenue streams, no investment in the team, likely JM will walk in the summer or maybe hell just be happy as things are

Don’t have to sack him if he walks.

huh? Lo Celso tore up La Liga last season, Ndombele was one of the hottest central midfielders in Europe, Sessegnon one the must have youngsters and prior to this we snapped up Moura, a player whom had previously cost PSG a fortune and prior to that Sanchez our then record signing and a young defender whom was courted by Europe’s top clubs. Yes prior to this we signed a lot of shite but not recently.

Not that it would happen this early, but why would he walk?

He's being paid a fortune. It's very rare you see coaches resign from well paid jobs. Would you resign and give up that sort of pay packet when you could stay on and wait for the inevitable sack?

If we don't back JM the same thing will happen as it did with Poch.

Absurd notion. If you can say with a straight face that we’ve been a better side without Ndombele or even Lo Celso, than I question your football knowledge. A shame that injuries have played their part, but to say they haven’t improved this shocking side is so false.

Doesn’t matter to me how well these players have done in the past for other teams or how much they cost. what are they doing for us now?

ok I agree, but it'll be an improvement if Ndombele can stop going off all the time

I imagine Jose would have had some assurances in regards to transfers. If Levy betrays him then I expect him to start talking and perhaps even walk.
Yes, I guess and hope he got some assurances when he signed. But off course quite moderate compared to what he's used to spend. But, the mandate and main mission is to create something with the current squad, I suppose.

This suggests he might be back from injury now

And this suggests he's been training alone

When you argue Chelsea has these four some can argue we have Toby, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Foyth and Tanganga in our books.
Where is this thought coming after all the false hopes in the transfermarket (and the very ineffective Winter windows ) that we pay even nearly what Napoli would want for him?
We paid what Lyon wanted for Ndombele, what Betis wanted for Lo Celso and what Fulham wanted for Sessegnon only last window, and those were three very difficult deals to get done.

That's ultimately the mentality of the club that Poch was challenging at the end of last season isn't it?

To be fair we might have already seen the club start to accept lower fees for players in the summer. Trippier went for a fair amount, as did Janssen and N'koudou. We also agreed a deal for Wanyama before the player pulled out of the move at the last minute. I'm not sure if we had any bids for Eriksen? I'd love to know what happened with Danny Rose though. That all seemed very strange.
