The pictures are weird and the video is weird and i feel weird. I thought it was a good idea but it's weird.

It's like finally getting together with that girl you kind of always liked and is hot and you thought a lot about banging but now you have to spend all day together and go to Tesco with her and do the washing and stuff and its all so fucking weird.

Have you banged her pre or post Tesco?

I am liking the interview... he looks chilled and basically rejuvinated... having said that it could well be scripted and was like the 100th take but im liking it nonetheless...

That lille dof was really bigging up Mourinho in a TV interview a month ago saying that they were very close and that he sees him as the best coach in the world

That move has to happen just a matter of when

Its wierd to see someone like Jose instead of Poch as a coach interacting with players...

But putting that aside...this is one picture, that I am really happy to see already. I strongly believe Dele will be even better player under Jose and will be integral part of the XI .

I hope he gets Dele back to being a wind up merchant and nasty player (in the media’s eyes, I never thought he really was) it was when he was at his best. If there’s one guy who can do that!

Difference is, DL has no choice. Because Mourinho will let it be known, and possibly walk. And sure he would have that all in his contract. I said few weeks ago, he is so meticulous. He gives a full and comprehensive dossier to the board, that gives road map, with wages etc. So all club need to do is ratify it.
Haha, I do admire how you keep coming back for more. Levy won’t change for no man. And if Jose walks he’ll just get someone else.

He's a manager whose past his prime, his philosophy has been overtaken by the like of Klopp, Guadiola etc and will never win another EPL. He used to defend his players in public at all costs, in his last two jobs he's done the opposite and lost the dressing room. He may win us some pointless league cups but will leave the club in a state as he did in his last two jobs.

He was a winner of the big prizes, no more. This will most likely be his last EPL Job unless he can rediscover what made him a great manager in the first place, maybe being out the game for a period of time may help, but I've my doubts.

Yeah he sure comes over as a very prepared guy. Feels like this has been in the works for a while.

What young players have we got coming through right now?, because as far as I know we only have Parrot and Skipp, Tanganga maybe good enough but he'll need a year away on loan. Can't wait for the narrative that Jose is killing the kids even though Poch wasn't exactly blooding them but in all honesty I don't think they're good enough for first team football yet.

Completely agree and unlike the majority I don’t see anything in Skipp to get excited about. Think Parrot could be given more minutes though, especially if we are winning and the game is safe ( although I realise that is extremely rare these days :D ).

And

Two things I noticed. 1. Players are all stretching in a group and the one player he goes and speaks to is Tanganga. 2. The rondos already look a lot more intense and quicker than in previous training videos.

And also the bit with Dele where they have a smile, a joke, a laugh and a hug at the end. He’s got big plans for him I feel.

Pre. i should have written a storyboard or something, possibly had it animated to make it clearer. You bang Jose first and then make awkward smalltalk in his Clio on the way to Tesco the next day. I think that was my point.

When Mourinho went to United it just didn't feel like a good fit. Whether it was just timing, whether it was because United probably needed someone to clear decks but it just felt like "we're a big club, we'll get the best available". It also felt like they did it cause City were getting Pep and Klopp was at Pool.

Basically not much strategy was put into it and Mourinho literally went from being fired by Chelsea in December to courting the United iob. There was no refresh button. He wanted the United job because it was United but hadn't seemed to take his life or strategy with him.

It feels much different with us. The timing seems to have been more fateful and you can see the club are trying to give him every chance of success by getting ppl in around him. It also seems like Mourinho has been waiting for us and really taking the time to understand what he wants to bring to the game and what job suits that.

With Pep' s influence potentially waning at City (he typically lasts 3 years but always gets out before the come down) and Liverpool probably not being able to maintain their form longer than beyond next season, I fully expect us to be challenging for the title next season.

Utd had a lot of average players as well and needed a big overhaul and mourinho still won trophies. With us he knows he has a great squad who just need rejuvenating.

What I think will happen to us under Mourinho

This season:
We will display more urgency and discipline in defence because that is his way.
We will score similar number of goals as last season
We will be top 4 this season (and this is probably why DL hired him and made the hard choice to sack Poch)

Next season:
We will sign quality fullbacks and we will be top 4 again

Season after:
We will lose Kane and Mourinho will have a run-in with the press.
Mourinho gets the sack.
