Jose Mourinho has made Joao Sacramento his new Tottenham Hotspur assistant manager in wide-ranging shake-up of the club’s backroom team.
Sacramento has joined Mourinho’s new Spurs staff from Lille, where he held the same position under Christophe Galtier.

That's extremely interesting. I don't think they have ever worked together before, which is a further signal that this is a reinvented Mourinho we are getting. Sacramento knows very good English and has worked with for instance Ranieri. Very, very interesting.

The 1st job of Jose is to work out who is for the club and who isn't.

He should arrange new contracts for Eriksen, Toby, Verts and Rose, and say to them, sign and stay, or you will not play any further role in the team.

We need a good sort out.

Then when he knows who is for the mission, he should explain his footballing philosophy to them all as a team, and then take them aside one on one and explain what he wants from them and for them.

Next, he needs to reassure the fans he understands the history of the club and is committed to winning trophies without a total abandonment of our values.

This is what I need to see and hear from Jose over the next few days.

Off course, he could do no better than stuffing the spammers this weekend.

The image The Sun have used of Joao Sacramento is of a far less attractive chap than the one we saw earlier.

I've done some urgent and important research, and can confirm that the guy in The Sun's photo is Fernando Da Cruz.

The pretty guy is ours.

Ofc it's not, that guy is a postdoctoral researcher in neuroinformatics, not a bloody football coach

although it might be handy to work out if our squad have half a brain between them. Watching some of the stuff we do I’m not sure.
