Decision was made week ago. He had until this break, but thought he would get wet spam game. That changed when their target manager, which I hinted a while back, was in place. Well now he is in place. Name shared in closed quarters.

As long as that name starts like Nag......... or All....... then i will be happy.
Really quite gutted at the moment.

People don't seem to understand, these players fell for Poch and his philosophy hook line and sinker. Fact is the philosophy somewhat changed it didn't work but Poch persisted week after week. This went on for months FFS!

No matter what your profession if you are being asked to do something you don't agree with, you'll look to work else where.

I know people don't want to believe it but had he listened to his workforce a lot sooner he would never have been in this position.

I love the man for what he's given us, but he's stubborn as hell.

Best for all parties he moves on.

Thanks for the info as always. Important for everyone to note, it wasn’t that Poch’s philosophy remained the same and caused us to stagnate.
It seems he changed his philosophy and the players didn’t want to buy in. I wonder what this new philosophy was meant to be?
