Mourinho publically slags off staff and players - it definitely cost him the job at Chelsea and didn't seem to do him any favours at United. Do we really want such a negative personality at our club? Not to mention his boring and cynical style of football to top it all off.
At this point it's better than hearing someone reel off a script in front of the cameras every week, knowing full well he doesn't mean what he's saying.

But we are playing dull and negative football now! I’d rather play dull negative football under Jose and win than the dross poch is serving you! Jose seems like a new man now on telly. He’ll have learnt from his mistakes and will want to prove himself again I think. He’ll have a new team behind him. Has probably been looking at and learning new methods and tactics, and I think if we appointed him we’d see a new and improved Jose.

that’s not Jose. That’s his representative self pretending he has changed.

There are many people on here that think only a proven winner will do but how many of those are available? And are they really more likely to pan out? Frank de Boer won 4 straight Eredivisie titles and I preferred him to Poch at the time and that obviously worked out in a certain way. Van Gaal fell flat at United at a time where we were all in to get him because he was a proven winner. Lampard has Chelsea flying, Zidane won titles for Madrid without any managerial experience and Simeone was not successful with smaller clubs or a bigger club like River Plate before taking over at Atletico

In all fairness Harry Redknapp would have this lot playing pretty well pretty quickly.

And you know why cause he’d play the same team, the same formation and players in their correct positions and tell them to go and enjoy it. We have good footballers.

My mind might've completely fabricated it, but slamming a bottle of ketchup down in front of Huddlestone and saying "tuck in son" was exactly what i was thinking of.

When i recall the story again next year there'll be more "details" added no doubt.

Wasn’t it AVB that banned ketchup? Trying to work out how Redknapp would have stopped his reign of tomato-based tyranny

And unfortunately when we’d come up against a team of equal or greater talent who were actually coached coherently then we’d get tonked, as we usually were under Harry. He was very good for us at the time, but far from perfect either.

I love Harry and I think he’s far better equipped to get us out of this freefall and the upcoming shit fight than Poch is, but fuck me, preferring him to Mourinho is insanity.

I’d be all for him slagging off a few of our players right now. So that doesnt bother me. It bothers me that these players arent bothering to even try and dont put in any effort in because there mailing it in until the summer when they’ll fuck off. I wish someone at the club would call them out on their bullshit.
