I can tell you all now the rebuild(should Levy back it) will be far bigger than most of you think. Certain players might be saying the right things to the press, but it's not what they are telling their agents. Levy is now aware it's not just the so called "wantaway" players that will be pushing to leave if Poch stays. One player in particular is just not replaceable imo. Levy is aware of how it is, so let's see how this plays out.
That can only be Kane or Sonny?

Yeah but if Kane is fed up with things, they must be pretty bad.
While I don't agree with players under performing, sometimes it's the only way that they can get their point across.

Kane is Spurs through and through, if he's lost faith in Poch, then I tend to side with him.

Yeah obviously we don't know but I agree that things must be pretty terrible when Kane who is meant to be consummate professional is allegedly having words with his agent and allegedly fed up to the point where he's not bringing the same level of intensity that he usually does (part of me still wonders if that's down to injuries). What I will say if that is all true even if Kane has fair reason to be annoyed at Poch, I'll be disappointed in Kane for not giving 100%, I expect him to have the highest standard of professionalism and as other posters have pointed out, look at Son who is still giving his absolute all.

If, as seems likely, that Kane is the player Trix has alluded to, then Levy has very little choice but to act and sack Poch.

ITK pinch of salt and all that, plus it sounds like agent talk, which should always have a bucket of salt attached as standard. They get the big paydays on the big moves and will always be working on those, even if the player isn't interested in a move. It's kinda their job

I think Poch has been found out for his tactical and managerial limitations. When the players don’t have the legs to play his intensity of football, he has no plan B to use with them, but equally hasn’t had the foresight to start the refresh ahead of the collapse. So whereas he could have added two or three young players each season, ready to come in and step up after a settling in period.
This now means we need a new RB, LB, at least one if not two CB’s, a DM and arguably another attacking player. That’s a big overhaul.
If 18 months ago we’d added a CB when Toby first looked unlike signing a new deal, plus a LB when Rose first started deteriorating physically, and a DM when Wanyama got injured, we’d be facing significantly less of a rebuild now.

we can’t replace the 1st XI therefore it’s the manager who has to go. We can blame the players all we like for downing tools but there’s a reason for that and that’s down to Poch.

It'll be Kane and we'd be absolutely stupid to side with anyone but him. Lose him and we lose so much more than just a fantastic player. He is an absolute generational talent, one that came through his boyhood club, Tottenham Hotspur. Make him captain, give him whatever.

Just look at the players. They have regressed. Son, sissoko, toby and verts have been our best performers this year. The rest have gone backwards. Kane has been a shadow of himself since he returned from injury the first time.

Poch has done so much for us, but his time is up.

If it's Kane I'm not sure the 600 or so "Poch In" folks on here can stick with their vote much longer.
We must be approaching the end game now surely.

It’s clear as day that the writing’s on the wall for Poch, so I cannot fathom why Levy hasn’t pulled the trigger.

We simply cannot afford to fall a single point more off the pace than we already have.

‘ITK’ is to be taken with a pinch of salt. If you allow it to change your view on whether Poch stay or goes, then that is just your onions, much like any other view.

Approaching is too kind. The end game should be the one after Brighton match.

And I mentioned yesterday that Kane's performance in the league is so drastically different to the CL games. I really think he has written off the league this season and banging all on the CL.

I was willing to wait until the summer (meaning the season was wasted but gives Pock two more windows to rebuild).

But if Kane is indeed fed up, then let’s bite the bullet and bring in someone else. Huge risk though. For now I’m still in favour of keeping Poch

I agree but as another side, what if he's just so disillusioned that the passion has gone and he doesn't know what else to do (if it's even a conscious decision he's making).
He's the last player that I would expect not to give 100%, so if it's got to that stage...

He's only human and we've all had a period where we didn't like our boss, so our productivity dropped off.

Yeah as I say, unfortunately we don't know the situation to judge all we know is our perception of Kane's character to give our judgement and if he's disillusioned then it feels like it must be a terrible situation. From what JJ posted on twitter and Hercules has just posted in the Poch thread the disillusion might be with the club as a whole but that's purely conjecture from me.
