Poch should be looking to play GLC as soon as he can. None of this waiting for him to integrate, play him now and hope he can positively impact things. GLC's introduction to the 1st team could be the catalyst to help us win some games and at this point, Poch needs an X factor to freshen things up and possible save him from getting fired.

The fact Poch say some are not ready, yet keeps playing the same underperformers every weeks, is simply baffling.

Imagine being GLC and sitting there on Saturday getting rained on, hearing the moans and complaints shouted from the crowd behind you, it's been raining on you all week, team is shit, fans are toxic, stadium looks ridiculous having such a shit team playing there.

You're miserable, wet, can't play football either through not being able to because your legs hurt or something or simply not being given the chance. The manager who brought you in and was desperate for you all summer won't play you because he's said you're miles off the level needed, even though the team is getting battered every week, and he's probably about to be sacked. You're watching Eriksen and Dele stumble around the pitch spanking the ball into touch every other pass and wondering if you really are that bad you can't get ahead of them.

You speak to your compatriot Erik Lamela for some reassurance that you've not made a terrible mistake coming here and he literally stares straight through your fucking skull like an absolute psychopath, piercing eyes cutting through you like lasers. He says he's very happy, "Maybe I only play three games each season and also my legs have fallen off twice, half the fans hate me and the best years of my career have been wasted on the treatment bench here, but Spurs still my home I stay here forever. They never get rid of me. Coco like to see them try! Now I go sign another extension!". With that he spins round 4 times and suddenly sprints off in the opposite direction, kicking the feet out from under a passing Oliver Skipp as he goes. You go over to help Skipp to his feet and he looks at you with his dead eyes and you suddenly realise this kid looks like he's 55 years old. Is this what the manager's methods do to his young players?

You've no idea if you'll even be at Spurs next summer because you're part of some weird loan-with-maybe-an-obligation-to-buy-under-certain-circumstances-but-not-really-sure deal the little bald fella you've seen around the training ground dreamt up. The only other time you've seen this bloke he was in the canteen confiscating sugar packets from Eric Dier and shouting something about them not being free of charge.

The other players around you either don't care, aren't capable anymore because their careers have been ended prematurely by your new manager's methods, or half of them think the manager has gone nuts. Danny Rose won't even talk to you, he just does this weird head-down-eyes-up serial killer stare and grin at you every time you walk past, looking like a black Pennywise whilst silently mouthing the word "Google" in your direction. Christian Eriksen insists on wearing his Real Madrid top to lunch every day. Harry Kane, who you've heard is supposed to be a world class striker, spends almost all his time at the training ground locked in a padded cell crying his eyes out. You can sometimes hear the moans from the car park.

Your missus is probably going to nag you again when you get home because she hates England and the rain and wants to go back to Spain. You check the weather app on your phone and see Seville is a balmy 16 degrees and sunny. You look at your Instagram and think wistfully about those warm summer days before this nightmare started.

He must be sitting there like:

Poch needs to take a risk and actually try something different.

He won't. He never has.

He's in full training again today. Open media day at the training centre.

Bet he won't get near the bench tomorrow.

Exactly what we are missing at the moment. Some people on here seem to forget he's been injured and hence not played... I imagine Poch is dying to get him on the pitch.

Do you really think that GLC is the be all and end all of our problems? Getting him on the pitch will make absolutely no difference if the other 10 players still aren't playing for Poch.

I understand the frustration of him not being in the team yet, and everyone's frustrated at Poch, but the guy has been in full training for less than a week, of course he's a long way off match fit! Have a little patience.

Anyone else worried he might not be here next season or is that just me?
not really, we hold all the cards, we have an option to buy and it's obligatory if we qualify for Europe, don't see why Levy wouldn't trigger the option. He's a very good player and I'm sure we'll see that in the weeks to come

That’s some positive news at least but I reckon it’ll be Sessegnon rather than GLC as he was almost ready a few weeks ago but had a minor setback.

I reckon it'll be Lo Celso as he had more of a pre-season and a few minutes under his belt already but either way just glad to see one of them should be involved.

Would like to see him get 20 -30 minutes tomorrow. Same with sess.
