I’d say Poch is gone by next week. It’ll be like AVB where we’ll get absolutely twat slapped and Levy can pull the trigger with little resistance. These things happen all the time in football and I’m grateful for what Poch has done but the thrill has gone

Our new stadium bounce is well and truly over.
Good fight in the second half. But it can’t paper over the cracks.

that was Watford. I repeat. Watford.

uh huh... so there are clearly a selection of our players who simply can't be arsed, so that's somehow 100% Poch's fault.

I don't know if it's the manager or the players but from the evidence presented we have at least four players who are not trying anymore, slack passing, not chasing down anything and their shoulders are slumped. Poch has to decide - do we field second string players or give our players the opportunity to salvage some pride? Either way he's boned, being a manager is a thankless task when the workers decide to down tools because they want away.

How about we direct some of this ire toward Eriksen - we know he's got talents, but has he given a single shit since the window closed? Not shown it if he has - his passing has stunk, he's barely run a yard and alongside him there's Winks working his tits off. How about you save some of the hate for the manager and point out what a dick shape Eriksen's making himself, sulking and moping around because he didn't get his own way. THEY didn't come in for you, mate, stop punishing the fans and the club that have shown you a lot of love over the years and make some effort - you think that they'll want you playing like this?

Even when Eriksen isn't playing he's still the scapegoat? Interesting.

Eriksen is the least of our concern. We had players on the pitch today, with long contracts, not showing up.

A squad rebuild doesn’t excuse the fact that everything from form to attitude has fallen off a cliff.

These are professionals who are currently acting in a hugely unprofessional way from the manager to the players.
I agree to a point. But as a coach, when you are left with several first teamers who want out and wont pen a new contract, what can you do? It doesnt matter how much of a motivator you are. Still. Needs to be a long term and thought out response or it's all pointless.

Lamela was superb when he came on. We needed that. I have no lets lose and get the manager sacked agenda, which is quite sad to see on here.

I'm hoping Dele might have been awoken with that goal. The lil melee he started was when he had a lil fire in his belly. I hope it's reignited after that

Sounds like the boys have dug deep. I can accept poor form but not lack of fight and it sounds like we have fought. Also seems like Dele perhaps is beginning to make his way back to form.

a draw is at least an improvement on the last two games though of course not what we wanted. The Poch our stuff is IMO still crazy and the alternatives mooted by some even crazier

It sounds crazy if we base it over the last 3-4 games, but if you look at the calendar year, possibly even before that to November 2018 - we have been playing shite football, really poor form, limped home to 3rd due to other teams fucking up and the CL final masked the poor run.

I'm not saying Poch out, but what I am saying is this is not a recent run of poor form, we have been borderline shite for a year with no changes to the tactics or the way we play.

Stubborn or tactically inept? I thought it was the former and we would see poch make changes, but now it looks like he isn't sure what his "philosophy" is any more.

May be forced to act in the summer due to the contract situation but does he get that long to fix it?

On the Dele goal I have watched it a few times and it came off his chest / shoulder. No idea why so many thinking VAR got that wrong

Too many players in poor contractual situations. Players that he couldn't offload. I don't put all this at Mauricio's door. What's he meant to do with 3/4 key players lacking motivation with 1 eye on leaving.

Who's door do you put it at?

He's the manager. It's his job to motivate, select, and train.

If the ones who want to leave aren't performing, don't play them. He does, for some reason, and goes on about trust etc. He's the architect of these performances though, as he's shown no desire to commit either going by what he's said this calendar year.

Poch has to go, its sad, but this is modern football. We dont have time for him to start again, and he doesnt deserve that time

Interesting that you feel he doesn't deserve it .

If Harry Kane scored 2 goals all season and looked as good as Janssen would u say sell, he doesn't deserve another season?

Fine u wanting a change but seems weird to say he doesn't deserve it considering our league standings during poch era and our standings in the ENTIRE HISTORY of the league before him.

anyway time to go live life, enjoy your moaning kids

The difference between Son's movement when he first came on and the rest of the team is startling. We're at our worst when everyone wants to get the ball to feet and don't have anyone to move in behind or making selfless runs. I don't know if it's tiredness or laziness, but Kane's movement is nonexistent. He picks up the exact same spot in the box for every cross.
