Did ok with what he had. Linked well in places, and got a good chance early. His first touch let him down on numerous occasions, and needs to be a bit more of a presence, was maybe bullied a little bit too easy. It's tough playing upfront alone though. Would like to see him play with Kane. But on this performance alone, promising but a lot to do.

Not blaming the lad for tonight and sure he will have a great career, but at 17 year old, its ludicrous that a so called top 6 team did not have a proven back up out and out striker. So many people were saying they would rather have him as back up this season than Llorente, tonight shows how foolish that was.

Honestly, Son is our back up, and he is one of the best. I though would have liked to keep Llorente too. But more as an 'option' than a back up.

Good to get the debut out of the way. Bad that he won’t get any more League Cup run outs this season.

Not his fault yesterday, had very little to work with and he's basically been hung out to dry somewhat. He had a Dele who has been frankly shit for 18 months and Lucas who just doesn't provide assists. That's it for service. Bollocks

We have only one proper striker in the first team squad. I’d hope that Poch gives him more bench time for our senior games, so that whenever Kane needs to be subbed (for whatever reasons), we have a proper striker to replace him on the pitch.

Son & Moura are not pure strikers but they complement our strikers well.

Had zero creativity around him against a packed defence . Apart from being a bit more selfish at times I’m not really sure what else he could have done.

Slightly disappointing why he needs to go to floor, but why he was booked I’ve no idea

Have you ever try boxing? I don't like when an injury is faking, but even a weak punch to a jaw may be felt as a earthquake. Meanwhile, I do not think that Kean made a bird as he hasn't scored a single goal this season))

Simple fact is if a player doesn’t go down whether it be a penalty or sending off he won’t get the decision.

He was booked for the initial push, Kean for the second. I don't think either of them should have been sent off.
