Why would anyone pay for him now unless they were desperate for his services. Sign him up in jan for nothing and wait until the summer.

Eriksen seems to be getting the majority of the blame for poor form but this just isnt him its most of the first 11. He is part of a collective problem and im not sure how the manager will get them back on track.

Eriksen has been the most vocal about leaving so when there is such a noticeable dip in form it is only natural to question his commitment. Nobody knows if it is the reason for his poor form but it's no surprise that fans are blaming him. If he knuckled down and put in some man of the match performances, got a few goals and assists and beat the first man from a corner occasionally then he would soon shut the doubters up. Unfortunately he hasn't done that and as he isn't a Lamela or Sissoko type who fans can see are trying their hearts out he needs to step up in other ways. Until he does that he will continue to be criticised which is fair enough.

Poch’s management. It’s clear as day that it’s because of Poch that the players are playing so poorly. Anything else is just excuses.

If eriksen was the only player playing poorly, you just couldn’t blame Poch could you. It would be obvious the issue resides with the player himself. However when every single player is playing so poorly, why are you looking at eriksen for reasons why he’s playing so poorly? The answer is obvious isn’t it, it’s the coach.

I know people are perplexed about why it’s all fallen apart under Poch but it’s staring us in the face. There’s no point denying it or looking elsewhere for reasons why.

Under a new manager I’m convinced Eriksen would raise his game again. He still has his flaws and he will still leave, but in the meantime he wouldn’t be so shit.
You have no faith.
Any new manager coming in under this shit storm might get a Ole Gunnar Solskjaer response but it wont last long it won’t solve the glaring issue were in need of refreshment of players who better than Poch , he’ll know exactly who needs to be moved on.

Answer this question who should replace Pochettino?

I fear we'll end up as Arsenal and letting Eriksen go and then go on and fucking moan on how we could let him go...

The way he's playing at the moment he'll be lucky if a Championship team want him. His fall from grace has been quite spectcular.

Wouldn't it be funny if Madrid got Pogba and decided they no longer wanted him?

I think RM must be having some major doubts now given his current form. I suppose the risk is mitigated by a zero fee but sometimes top players never get their form back (like Fernando Torres).

Madrid would have got Pogba in the summer if they'd really wanted him.

I personally think Eriksen has blown his chance of a big move, and he knows it.

Ridiculous statement. Top clubs will be interested regardless of his form. Anyway, considering our recent results that goes for our whole team, no?

I get that Eriksen is an especially annoying case as he 1) Wants to leave 2) Plays like shite but don't let that hide the fact that the majority of our players are guilty of playing like shite. Maybe we should be more worried about the ones who still wants to be here and plays at championship level than the ones with one foot out the door.

I'm in Tenerife at the moment and was chatting with three Madrid fans, the conversation turned to Eriksen and all three laughed in unison, one even got a hanky out and started waving it.
If Eriksen has got any brain cells , Madrid is the last place on earth he should be going. The fans gave him three games before he got booed. I know their fans are mostly twats, but I think they are spot on, he shows no balls in tough matches here and they would crucify him. for not tackling etc and god help him if he ever allowed to take a corner.
As his Danish manager once said " he is not consistent enough and thinks he's better than he is "

Which, to be fair, was followed up by Eriksen scoring 16 goals in the World Cup qualifiers and single-handedly dragging Denmark to the World Cup.

Agreed, but who was he playing against? and he wasn't looking to play for another country, perhaps he needs a good kick up the arse and dropped for a few games and see if he reacts
