We need to see who impresses Pleat during training before we start guessing at line-ups.

Pleaty’s team...

Gasserniygayear

Oorié - Alderweld - Verthangurn - Davis

Mmdombelly— Sissoker - Delly Allye

Moorer - Kane - the Korean boy Sun

I could be mistaken but I am sure for a couple of games Moura played right up top and Kane was a bit deeper, even if it was just for half an hour or so after substitutions, but it could have been with Llorente, I can't be sure.
Thought it worked a treat at Man U away last year!

I think Poch may stumble into a formation where we overload attacks from our left hand side

We would start with a back 4 of

Foyth CB CB Sessegnon

When we attack Foyth slots in to make it a back 3 allowing Sessegnon to push to wing forward

That sort of formation worked for me back in the day on FM and that back 4 is suited to that

We would create overloads down that left hand side with Sessegnon Ndombele and Son whilst having 3 CBs when we get dispossessed

It is quite strange how football teams disintegrate if they are together for too long.
Klopp had 6 very good years at Dortmund but in the seventh they were down at the bottom of the league early on and eventually recovered to finish seventh. He left at the end of that season.
Have we kept ours together for too long or has Poch killed them off with his training methods.

Kept to long.

Sir Alex Ferguson kept the core of 92 but constantly changed others.

Personally I'd give Pochettinho time to build another team and move players on. In fact I'd write this season off and get ahead. Chelski are doing this now and will be very dangerous soon...we need to bite the bullet and start now

KWP - NDombele - Skipp - Winks - Sess
Kane - Son

I like the look of that, and LoCelso could fit in there too for either of Winks or Ndombele... You could also put Dele in for Son, and play him deeper than Harry, allowing him to break forward, but also drop in to help midfield if possible.
The thing about Watford is, Doucoure will just totally dominate our midfield at the moment.. I want to see Skipp come in, but this could be the wrong game to do so. It’d be nice if we had Doucoure in our midfield!!!

Regardless of what happens this season I'll be absolutely amazed if Chelsea dont go ahead and spend an absolute shit pile of money the second the transfer window opens.
And theres a long long way to go yet.
Doesnt take long for the wheels to fall off.

Thats all I have I'm afraid.
Our defence is fkin shot to shit and so are those in front of it.
Just cannot see us winning this game with no out and out dms and no recognisable cb pairing.
This is gonna hurt.
Watford are gonna throw balls into the box all game.
I dont think they'll park the bus, they know we've gone.
Just hope we can counter quickly with Moura and Son (out wide not in the fuckin middle) and take our chances.
Fully suspect Poch to go with same old want away players with the same outcome.

Irish Nan
Mad Mary- FlatCap Pat- Strimmer Si-Peanut
Dave the Chisel
Aunt Maureen- Spud
Dense Spense -Vern- Thriller Miller
People from my past- the good and the bad, some gone, some not- who would at least make an entertaining starting XI against Watford
Sounds like Guy Richie’s latest film cast...
”Aunt Maureen was the propah spiv - she didn’t take no monkey business from the bubbles on ‘er patch.

And ven ver woz Dave the Chisel. If someone in va manor woz bein a bit noughty, you sent rahnd the Chiz to ‘ave a word.

Mad Mary woz a right little raver, but if she caught ya wiv yer ‘ands in ‘er knickers, Uncle Peanut would put you straight, sharpish.

And ven vere’s me: Irish Nan. I’m not akcherly Irish - vey call me vat coz I likes me Guinness. Tasty!”

Some of these line ups are beyond any of me. We have a player-manager issue, and the right response to that is seemingly to put together as many players who have never played together before as possible, in a formation that nobody actually have played in for Tottenham in a Premier League match.
