Think he is done. My fear is who we get next. No stand out candidate in my mind. Or the ones who are already in a job

Surely if you’re so convinced Mourinho would bring worse football than this and is definitely poison then you’ve got to admit we’d also be guaranteed at least 2 trophies?

Today was galling for a whole host of reasons.

I think my time of believing in this man is up unfortunately. Rough result, rough year (mostly) and a chunk of it all his own doing, no doubt.

He is being failed badly, though, by a group of players that, in some cases, owe him an awful lot, and that is something I struggle to fathom.

While people will look to the next man up to take the hot seat, I sadly look upon this day with a grim outlook for the rest of this season and, there are one or two players that I would hope never pull on the Spurs shirt again.

Some of them are utter ****s.

Is there still someone out there who thinks Poch can fix this mess? There's absolutely no signs he'd be able to do it. We can't change the whole team, so it's time for Poch to go. And it hurts to say it.

Those who want him out and the voices for that will only get louder now I have only 1 question for.

Who do you want instead?

Poch from two years ago, please! No one I'd want more than him but his position is near enough untenable now. Would probably go for Allegri.

Absolutely gutted about the way this has seemingly ended.

Today was when we got to see whether Poch could get a reaction and he clearly can't. Eriksen, Toby and Jan need to take some blame but the majority needs to fall on the person who keeps picking them. Today was the time for change and Poch bottled it. Have changed my vote, POCH OUT!!!

I’m sad it’s come to this as I loved Poch even though I recognised his limitations perhaps long before many did.

However I fell out of love with him after the way he conducted himself the last couple of years and his constant failings to wins trophy. The way he flirted with other jobs and constantly made out that he was close to walking away makes me lose any sympathy. All of a sudden this week he comes out with I want to stay here for five more years, but he wasn’t saying that in the summer!

The players blatantly think they can’t and won’t win anything under this manager. That’s why it’s fallen apart.

You can’t stay at a club for 6 years running the players into the ground without being able to point to trophies to back it up and fortify your message.

Poch only has himself to blame, he had chances to win trophies and he fucked them up.

If I had Levy's ear I'd tell him to keep Poch but he needs to start the radical rebuild NOW
No one plays who isn't on a multi year contract unless we have an injury crisis - this is nothing to do with tactics/ formation
Waddle was 100% correct after Bayern - too many players are half way out

I'm really quite sad about this but I think it's the end of the road. I want Poch to put this right as he's the manager that I've felt most affinity for since I started supporting Spurs.

But I don't see how this can be allowed to go on. I just hope the end doesn't tarnish the memories he's given us because he deserves to be remembered well.

Alot of what you say is spot on....
Poch lost me when he dropped moura for the final.... But i have never slated him and have foolishly backed him..... Today was the day I think it all ends, cant see where we go from here,
Toby, jan Davies, Eriksen, Rose, Dier, Aurier, Hugo, all need replacing, for different reasons,

He's not turning this round now, is he?
It's surely just a matter of time now but honestly, the sooner the better.
It'll be interesting to see how the poll changes after this result and how Poch's vociferous supporters try to defend him now.
That was shocking.

After some flip-flopping and being unable to make up my mind, I've now fallen hard into the 'out' camp.

Agree with this but dont think it's the end for him

Need to move on the players who are stinking out the dressing room in January

Only viable option I can see to come in if Pochettino goes is Mourinho but that would be short term as all his jobs are short term.

Long term I really rate Brendan Rodgers
