Given the circumstances I would have taken a draw before this game.

Going forward both Poch and the players need a serious collective game management and performance adjustment, or we are going nowhere fast

Credits to Lamela, Kane and Eriksen, but Son is my MOTM

Well for sure it isn't Sanchez. That might be one of the worst performances iv'e ever seen from a Spurs-player in my 30 years. Non-Rightback or not.

Lloris MOTM for me, besides his kicking.

Why were we so so open too?

Would've taken a draw before the game, but given the 2-0 lead I thought our game management was piss poor again.

Rose has, quietly, had a shocking start to the season, and the Sanchez experiment failed.

Thought Winks, Eriksen and Son were the standout players.

Surprised we didn’t concede first.

Would’ve taken a draw but it’s hardly a good result. 2 points from 24 possible.

The midfielders.

Lo Celso was class, he didn't panic.

He reminds me so much of David Silva.

Overall was a decent game that could have gone either way, probably a draw was the right result.

Some woeful defending from both sides I would have taken the draw before KO. Now back to the problem of trying to break down 10 men behind the ball.

Hugo for me. We could sod around all day but if he’s not on point it’s over.

Due to the fact the lads went mentally to the dressing room.

We should have easily won that at 2-0 up. But did our best at giving Arsenal every chance to win it. We set up wrong, Aurier should have started as our only fit specialist RB, and after 20 mins Pochettino should have seen what everyone else saw - Sanchez was a fish out of water at RB - and made the change. He could have taken full responsibility afterwards and said he took a gamble that backfired. But he stubbornly stuck with it all game. I’d also like to know what Rose has got to do to get dropped for the defensively superior Davies. Rose caused another goal today, that’s 3 in 4 games that his poor defending had cost us a goal. Oh, and we need a DCM badly.

Poch - 4 - Set the team up wrong. Didn’t change it at half time. Didn’t change it when the momentum massively swung Arsenal’s way until the goal was inevitable second half. Too little too late. He's our best manager in my lifetime and I am happy to cut him loads of slack as he has worked miracles, and I hope he's here for yers to come... but today he was very, very poor.

Lloris - 6 - Some great saves, but some very dodgy work with his feet.
Sanchez - 4 - Not a RB. He tried hard, but he was a massive weakness all game, and offered nothing offensively, as the game wore on he became more and more leggy. Still no sub.
Toby - 7 - Decent game defensively.
Verts - 7 - Our best LCB by a country mile and has to play.
Rose - 5 - Giving the ball away just before half time led to their goal and changed the dynamic of the game. School boy error! Also offered nothing going forwards.
Winks - 7 - Decent game, but offers our back 4 no protection as he is not a DCM and his positioning is poor when out of possession. As an 8 he is much better. Made our second goal. RAn Son close for MOTM
Lamela - 7 - Great first half going forwards, but was a walking red card as soon as he was booked and became a passenger once he lost his bite.
Sissoko - 7 - His shooting is embarrassing. Ndombele and Lo Celso’s arrival should mean we don’t see much more of him in CM. Greta effort and running, but such little end product.
Eriksen - 7 - Decent game. Scored. But jy god he needs to beat the first man on corners.
Kane - 7 - Showed glimpses of his best form. Why he took a touch for that chance at the end of the first half I will never know. So unlike him
Son - 7.5 MOTM - Our best player for an hour, abut then forgot how to pass.

Subs:
Dele - 7 - We have missed him.
Lo Celso - 7 - Showed enough to make me want him to start the next game.

well that's a strange match, but I will take that.
Performance was not good, but arguably the best out of our last 4 matches (partly because we were so poor in the previous 3....)
Son and Kane looks almost back. Dele is looking good as well. Really exciting about lo celso.
Forget about Sanchez, he won't play there anymore (given that Poch is a reasonable guy... well)

Son motm just about.
Was dangerous and won the pen.
Good defensive work in the 2nd.

We miss an in form Dier / Wanyama of 2016 / 2017

All our forwards are often guilty of not shooting quick enough and then losing the ball. Really frustrating sometimes.

A few decent performances today but my MOTM was Winks, mainly for his first half performance. His interceptions, blocks and tackles were priceless. Good skill too at times and better going forward than usual. Showed a bit of grit about him too.

Special mention to Hugo for his save but that pass out made my eyes bleed. Son was dangerous but guilty of my first sentence. Kane did well all round. Great defensive play from him too.

Atkinson was goddamnmotherfucking awful.

One thing for certain. If Sissoko could shoot, he would be the best player in the world. But you know, the world is not perfect

Lloris 7.5 some good saves, would've been 8 but for the dodgy kicking

Sanchez 6 didn't know what to do with the ball when it came to him but have a feeling we would've been more defensively exposed with Trippier..
Toby 7 solid as usual
Verts 7 quiet but solid
Rose 6 not a good performance for him, to blame for their first goal gifting them the ball in a dangerous area

Winks 6 what did he ever add?
Sissoko 7 usual battling performance, if only be could finish!

Lamela 7.5 did well! Needed to get off as could see him getting another yellow
Son 8 MOTM most dangerous player by a mile
Eriksen 7 started well then couldn't be bothered it seems

Kane 7 did okay, took the penalty will

Subs
Lo Celso 7 needs to start instead of winks of Sissoko as CM
Alli 6 didn't have an impact

Actually I think Winks could easily get sent off for a second yellow (Imagine Mike Dean...). Xhaka should be booked earlier. But I am grateful for that
