Shocking confession, I actually spat the dummy out after city's 3rd goal. Turned the TV off and went upstairs to vent my anger to the Mrs about us losing in the last minute. (Not meaning I was gonna slap her around)

Comes back downstairs after 10 mins or so and checked my phone for text messages only to see the goal had been disallowed. It was like Xmas morning as a 5 year old, wrong decision but according to the laws of the games it was the correct one. Couldn't happen to a better team than the them ?

Be my guest and I’m sure you will find some utter bullshit I’ve posted.

But you won’t find me me calling our team a “bunch of fucking losers”. Ever. It’s completely out of line not to mention false.

Heat of moment or not that kind of shit is not on. You need to cut it out mate. It’s embarrassing. For you and for our club and support base. Just not good at all at any time.

Sorry I can’t be a perfect as you.
It was an empty threat as I’m really am not going to trawl through posts and post of your dribble

Really worried. Teams preformance showing that theres something not right.

My guess is that it’s related to Pochettino’s commitment to Spurs. I’m sure there’s other stuff too, but Pochettino has created (inadvertently or otherwise) an air of uncertainty around the future of the club.

He’s all about loyalty and fighting together as a team, but Pochettino has been equivocal in his discussions about the future.

There have been a lot of matches when we've dominated and only got two points, or even been beaten. Today the boot was on the other foot. It wasn't pretty to watch but I'll take it, and look forward to our development and becoming more of their equal.

We're one of the best teams in England, possibly in Europe. City is probably the best team in the world. A point will do.

No matter how great Citeh were and how slow-starting or incomplete we were in starting XI, fact was the first half from us was atrocious if we are building from our past seasons and if we are going to challenge the title this season. Beats me how could anyone defend that seriously.

Always games like this that there will be ridiculous hindsighters appearing after the game.
The answer for me is that we realistically aren't quite at the level of title challengers yet. It'll be a season where Ndombele and GLC -- who are absolutely key to our future -- are bedded in and come to grips with Poch's methods and the Premier League. We're also experimenting a bit at RB and blooding the likes of Sess and Skipp.

Unlike City and Pool our project is not complete yet. It's only year one of Poch's much vaunted "next chapter" after all so I think we should keep that in mind as we set our expectations for the season. Poch seemed to say as much when he said you can't compare where we are to where City is.

Oh I'm not perfect. In fact I'm a right ****.

But not so big a **** as to call our team a "bunch of fucking losers".

Not sure why you even support Spurs if that's how feel about them.

And to be honest if you insist on going around calling our team "fucking losers" I'd prefer you find another team to support. Just saying..

Said the team is unsettled/uncertain with the transfer market still open.

Cheers mate. Pretty up front. It's true - I can sense everyone wants to get to September and plough on with the season. Until then, Erikson, Rose and Toby will be a bit distracted (subconsciously at least)

People complain we lost 20 games last season then complain when we convert one of those games into a draw, it's a step in the right direction, we were wise with how we set out, could we have played better, absolutely but missing key players and getting a point from what is a terrific team (that I'm even further sick off after Neville gargled their balls for an hour) is a great result.
I've not read all the posts so could be wrong, but I'd imagine people are unhappy with the nature of the performance. To me, that point didn't come from a good gameplan carried out well, it was very lucky and most times City would score 4 or 5, we looked all over the place and barely threatened them. If that performance was intentional, I'd be very concerned about the rest of the season.

Does anyone think Dier is moving ever backwards in the pecking order? Surprised to see Skipp come on over him.

still cant get over that finish, that is an amazing point!
We didn't deserve it but how often does that happen to us so its nice to have that bit of luck.
As for VAR - amazing but sure we will get a few where we are not happy over the season, so remember days like today.
That was huge though for confidence and beat newcastl next week and we can go into the NL derby with confidence. If we can get 4 from our next 2, that will be an amazing start with the fixtures we have had.
Poch comments re transfers is a worry, assume he is talking about Eriksen, aurier and verts??? we certainly cant afford to lose Eriksen or verts with the window closed so fingers crossed it sorts itself out, amazing we have left ourselves in this position. If we lose Eriksen and verts this window we could struggle to finish top 4.

They might be distracted but I don't think it affects their performance too much. They are professionals and know what Poch needs from them.

The bigger problem for Poch is he doesn't know what his best 11 looks like - so he doesn't know exactly whose strengths to play too and coach for. Hence why will look much less fluid than, say City, right now but hopefully by Xmas we'll know exactly where we are as a team.

Poch: "I think they were better. They dominated the game. With the circumstances I am happy with the point here. Like I said after Villa we need to improve a lot. The squad is still unsettled. We need to wait until the transfer windows close in Europe."

There we go. wasn't too bad
I can only assume that those who find that quote deeply unnerving either a) want it to be bad or; b) have English as an additional language. There are so many ways the word" unsettled" could be taken in that statement, the vast majority totally inane.

I don’t post in the match threads usually but just wanted to say crap performance, lovely result & fuck shitty with VAR in extra time ?????

Fkin incredible to have two similar results against them ****s!!

As for our performance I don’t think it’s Poch uncertainty just the usual start to season lack of gelling.

Some nice touches fom TN ??? not sure yet MoM....... COYS
