With regards Eriksen, he's refusing to resign and he's gone all sulky since his Madrid move has gone south. Now maybe it's just a short term strop and should he end up staying things might change but Poch is ruthless when players do this sort of thing. This is why BF has come into the mix. I expect him to go up North now but we are leaving ourselves in real trouble if we don't get the players in we want.

We are a long way down the road with them so they can be done in time, but at this stage of window it's easy for things to change within hours. Just hope Levy has played it right in regards our ins.

I'm told we're still confident and there will definitely be signings but it's simply a case that we will have to wait and see.

Thanks for the update @Trix

Thanks Trix. A complex situation has become even more so with the uncertainty over so many top players and clubs. Sadly we don’t exist in a vacuum with big deals so inter related.

It’s going to be interesting. I’ve been hoping that the reason we won’t pay what Betis want has been on the off chance that we can get players like Coutinho, Bale or Dybala over the line for similar money to what they want. As I said earlier in the window it was strange to see Levy talk about investing in the team so surely he must act on that.

? otherwise it’s going to be a shit storm!

I wonder if Eriksen is "sulky" because no one thinks he's any good - or naturally annoyed that he thinks he's been priced out of move he's asked for?

I guess I'm asking if its true Levy put a 130 million price tag on him because if that's true then the club was never serious about letting him leave and he would then have a reason not to "sulky" but to be rightfully pissed off because the CLub has tried to stitch him up.

Anyone know what price Levy really put on Eriksen?

I just can't believe that after all the optimism of reaching the CL final and moving into the new stadium we now find ourselves having little choice to sell one of our best players and brains of the team to fucking Man Utd. Whilst also having to scramble around in the last couple of days to muster some sort of half save, to claw a "middling, ok that'll do" window from the jaws of a disaster.

I suppose I should really believe it as I'm cynical as they come as far as Spurs go, but as someone else said, "it's the hope that kills you".

Poch said everything is in place and we now have to decide whether we want to go to the next step. I'm not sure this is what he envisaged.

Hopefully I'm wrong and a very large rabbit is about to be pulled from a very small hat, but I won't be holding my breath and await the day (if ever) that we start acting like the big club we keep getting told we are.

Well, he's on his way out now and the price probably won't be even half of 130 so...

I would urge to apply caution here!

This one is from a different connection. I did hear through him last week, that we were trying/going to try to see if we could do a loan agreement with option for Coutinho. I didn’t take much notice. But seeing it’s out there, I may as well throw it out there.

Regarding GLC, to be very honest with you all, i really fear for my precious Nads. And I from now on (either way) curb my excitement. And I fully respect all the ‘optimistic’ ratings. Daniel Levy, and ENIC as a whole need to FIX this before window closes. I am confident it will likely be BF & Sess, which weakens us. Yes Betis has pissed about, but time to bite the bullet and do that deal also.

Crystal Palace interested in three of our players, which I won’t name here. But if?! Which I have no confidence, we agreed 1-2 players to them, then slim chance of a surprise. But honestly do not hold your breath!:barefoot::barefoot:

I used to love you Christian Eriksen but given your recent shenanigans Crystal Palace is what you deserve!
