He earns 130k eur p/w, and he doesn't want leave Juve even with United probably offering him 3x current wage. So sport project is much more important for him than money.

So I still have hope ?

This guy knows his stuff, so sounds like the swap is a goer. Utd will just chuck enough money at Dybala until it happens.

I think Juve are mad to do it as I don't see Lukaku being what they need, Ronaldo will probably have him pushed out to RW after a few games.

I do think Lukaku will be better in Italy. He’s decent when he has time on the ball.

An off season largely due to being played out of position to accommodate Ronaldo. View attachment 53529 This consistency speaks for itself, and bare in mind stats only tell half the story.
I still dont agree that hes a player that will win you the league. Bale was a better player than Dybala and he didn't win us the league.

And to be honest those stats arent that impressive and Juventus dont seem too impressed with him either.

I just wish once in my life Levy will actually dig deep and finance this club like we are attempting to reach glory by signing the best players in the world.

Im sure most people would agree he looked very good in the CL against us and he has won 9 trophies at Juve.

He might not win them the league, but he’ll help them compete for top 4.

United and Arsenal have improved this window, Chelsea have grown a little weaker. Should be a tough race for top 4 this season.

That sounds an awful lot like the clubs have agreed a deal but not necessarily the players. Which is an odd way round. And pretty much contrary to how deals are usually done, no?

Agreed, big difference in a player that will help you compete for top 4 and a player that will win you the league.
Hes obviously available and there isn't too much competition for his signature. Much better value out there in my opinion.

He'll go to Utd alright. They are on a different level in terms of the wages they can offer compared to the other teams in the PL. If Juve are pushing him through the door, signing a 4-5 year contract doubling/tripling his wage plus no doubt a hefty signing on fee will soften the blow. At 25/26 years old, will be appealing to sign a big contract taking him up to to his 30s.

This one has irritated me a bit. From what I can see, the club has cynically used its own fanbase as a corporate bartering tool via social media. Doubt we’ve even come close to a formal approach.

Where as it happens he sometimes plays for Belgium, cutting in off the right and if you watch much of Belgium you will know that he plays that position very well..

Can't say I watch a lot of Belgium :ROFLMAO:

If what you say is true then maybe there is a method behind this madness.

I’m getting very frustrated like many others in this thread, but I’m not going to criticise anyone because we didn’t sign Paulo fucking Dybala for £80-90m. I’m guessing, at most, we enquired about him, which means little. There’s no way we could’ve signed him without us selling Eriksen or not signing Lo Celso, so I’m not that bothered. If we don’t sign Lo Celso and Sess then I will gladly join those taking shots at Levy/ENIC etc.

The fact that our interest seemed pretty transparently to be leaked from within our own camp, should have been an immediate warning sign. Little benefit to doing that except as a way to influence other deals.

We really have some total dickheads (or 12 year old children) as fans, I've seen Levy Out trending on twitter; the man who has just overseen completion of a massive bastard stadium build right next to a main road on the site of the old ground amongst other things...
