    Agree, but that begs the question why have we bought at least 2 players with suspect temperament. I would love to know how we went about signing Ndem and Spence and how we are now assessing potential targets. Maybe someone with ITK can tell me.

    OK BUT if you pay due diligence by analysing data, monitoring game time and talking to player and family over a period of time, then it is less likely the target will disappoint.
