Agreed that I thought he did well yesterday, and with the previous poster who said trust we need to keep him because he’s available and professional. Ange seems to trust him too.

In one of the post match interviews, Ange said that Royal and Skipp did nothing wrong last week, he just wanted to see how Porro and Sarr would do. He said he had others that he wanted to try to - presumably Lo Celso would be one of those?
Based on absolutely nothing, and given the previous “gentleman’s agreement” situation with the City debacle, I would guess that at the beginning of the summer, Kane said he wanted to leave and he and Levy agreed on letting him talk to clubs if the 100M price was met.

I guess it will largely depend on if Romero is willing to get on board the Ange train. If he doesn’t want to be part of it, it all becomes somewhat moot. If he does want to stay, it’d have to be some impressive accounting to make it worthwhile from our side.
