Could you Adam and Eve it? Mourinho had us playing 442 and it worked! Lucas and Sissoko were much more effect playing wide in a midfield four. It completely neutralized their threat out wide from Bellerin and Tierney(tell me again why we were not interested in signing him - another decent FB we...

No surprise the ref was Moss. Terrible decision by VAR. How a professional referee cannot see Fernandez fouls the Villa defender is disgraceful. Man U have had more penalties this season than have the other teams in the PL

It’s very difficult to play on the counterattack when the default passing option is backwards. It’s also more difficult when Kane and co don’t make any useful runs and the team as whole can’t pass the ball( is xcept backwards) these two moments sum it up: 39th minute Lloris collects the ball...

Forgot to add to previous post: Lucas is a frustrating player and I wouldn’t pick him ahead of Berwijn but he’s s the only player who wil run at defenders which they hate. Everyone else at the first sign of a defender turns around and passes backwards. How I’d love us to have an old fashion...

Not a great match. Some thoughts: To slow in the buildup. 10+ passes before we pass the halfway line. I’m so tired of watching players pass back all the time. We give too many soft free kicks in dangerous position around the box. JM said he dropped Berwijn to bring in Winks so he could free up...

yes it is but he can’t play for them, it’s up to the players to take responsibility out in the pitch. Klopp said it in an interview today when he said the players deserve all the praise for how they won the league that he only organizes and motivates them but they(the players) are the ones who...

    Manager watch: Jose Mourinho

Interestingly Ancellotti setup his Everton team at home to Liverpool with the same tactical plan as JM did with us versus MU. It seems two managers who have both won the Champions League and various League titles with different teams in different countries know how weigh up the pros and cons of...

We’ll have to agree to disagree. Whether at home(!) or not we have a leaky defense playing against a fast mobile attack and on the other side we have a fast mobile attack against a slow defense. Given that the. Plan to sit back and stay compact, draw them in to us then hit them with quick...

Mourinho 4?????????? Why? We were organized, and had a plan which if not for a softish penalty would have brought us 3 points. Manure may have had more possession but except for the Loris save we were rarely troubled. That’s because the manger had them organized and following a plan.

    Player Watch: Harry Kane

If ManU bought all the players the papers have linked them with the last few weeks they’d have a 100 player squad. Look at any paper and over half of the transfer rumors are about them simply because the papers believe they sell papers - it’s clickbait

I find it strange that no football club(especially those at the top levels) seem to have an insurance policy against the possible loss of income due to individual games, part of, or all of the season being cancelled. Surely it’s good business practice to take out insurance against possible losses?
