    Think it’s fair to say that the manager must think that Dorrington and Phillips are no where near the level we need as ‘prospects’ if he continues to play 4 fullbacks as he has done on quite a few occasions now.

    I don’t disagree at all. Wages have to be taken into account for sure. Even with thoroughly scouted and identified players we’ve ended up with a fair few duds, as you’ve mentioned with some players above. I guess that’s the nature of it. And I’m absolutely not suggesting Munn, Lange etc...

    If it’s true that he’s 15 mil. Then that’s got to be worth a gamble. I watched his YouTube goals this year because I was interested to see who was out scoring Kane. if that isn’t worth a bet, I don’t know what is.

    Got to say I agree we were very sloppy at times and were a bit fortunate to keep a clean sheet. However, what great start in terms points and brave performances. I do think Jan is going to be important. Definite areas where we could improve the first team and add squad depth.
