This is the problem I had for years, Pochettino moved Dier far too much around and he doesn't have the positional awareness of a CB, its what happened to Dier, promising CB turned to DM, doesn't become the CB he would've had he stayed at CB

It’s so weird. What’s changed between the Mourinho who won everything everywhere and this one? Is it genuinely just that our players are so shit they can’t play the way he wants them to?

Mate, time is something that we don't have imo.
He's not from a different league. He knows the PL.
This can be 2 games and 2 losses...

We need better than that.
POOR defense and poor protection for the defense

Also... and I said this when we were first linked... Hojberg is a fine central midfielder, but he's the same player as Winks and isn't a DM at all.

Can somebody please explain to Son and Kane that with VAR they need to change their starting positions and how they time their runs. It seems like every time one of our players looks to put them in they’re already starting from an offside position.

We are out played and dominated by every single team we face in the league. Be it Aston villa , Liverpool, Southampton it makes no difference.
Its the style of play under mourinho
