Since the Jol years
Think you got unlucky or maybe missed an email. I joined at the tail-end of AVB (when I started earning a lot more) and got my ticket for the start of the 2018 season
I think @Spurs1961 is right. I can't understand how you missed out. Like you, my partner and I took up what they called "Bronze membership" in about 2005 - the Jol period - specifically because it included a spot on the ST waiting list. It came through (for both of us) much more quickly than I expected: we got our STs for the 2010/11 season, just in time to watch CL football.

What I can't understand is why you didn't/couldn't get one when we moved to Wembley. All my 3-4 mates who used to use my ticket when I couldn't attend a match dropped out when we left WHL, because every one of them got an ST at Wembley.

We're Sorry!

One or more of the accounts you are attempting to secure tickets for are not eligible to buy for this fixture at this time. Please check all account details are correct and have sufficient loyalty points to purchase in the current sales phase

Yeah I got this as well. Dunno what it means.
There doesn't appear to be any link to a place where I can renew, only information pages about Season Tickets. So I assume I'm not allowed to yet and have to wait for an email or something?

Pretty sure it tells you you can now renew! When I log in now there is no option to do it so email must let you know your able to go ahead
i got the email, but when it was my turn there was nothing on the website allowing me to do anything

Was the same for me earlier! Have to say it’s all very poorly set up and communicated to us. That’s standard spurs though so not surprised ?

I spoke to the club and they've apologised and said that the season ticket renewal process is not currently open after all. That's why we're seeing the error message.

@davidmatzdorf you're probably aware of this already but there's an option to defer the ticket until next season, should you wish to.

Thanks. I am awaiting a reply to an email I wrote to the club's "access" email address last Thursday (I posted about it further up the thread). The option is restricted to "supporters unable to renew their Season Ticket due to COVID-19 related medical circumstances", which is a thoroughly ambiguous and unclear category.

If they can answer my questions and clarify that it would also apply to my wife, who is shielding because of me, then that's probably what we'll do.

The games I’ve gone to get tickets, the same seats particularly in the 1882 area are available pretty much most games, aswell as other areas.

My post may not be a big deal to you or most, as season ticket holders, as I’m just venting on a personal level due to frustration on what I read and hear is happening.

Im a season ticket holder but I agree with the sentiment of your posts.
