I think if fans were allowed in the stadium this might start to happen, I can see next a groundswell of angry fan's voicing their resentment and distrust towards levy, it has been a long time coming there are only so many fuck ups we can take.
What would start to happen? 100 fans of 60000 would bring LevyOUT flags?

He was ready to take his medical with us - we took Lo Celso instead - this has been done to fucking death.

i don’t agree. It was widely thought at the time we targeted Fernandes to stop Betis fucking around with the Lo Celso deal. Lo Celso was always the Eriksen replacement and NDombele the Dembele replacement. Therefore I don’t think there was ever any real interest in Fernandes unless we were certain the Lo Celso deal wouldn’t happen.

Exactly. This is the crazy thing; Levy signed Poch’s first choice targets this summer and he’s still getting blamed ?

This, this, and this.

Fair enough debating, or flat out having a moan, about various issues or happenings. But the guy you are replying to is just flat out making stuff up to have a paddy.

So show me any examples when this worked.
Well it’s made Ashley want to sell. Sugar had enough of the abuse and wanted to get out although I’m condoning personal abuse. Wasn’t there also something with the previous Liverpool owners? That’s just the top of my head.

not buying tickets would certainly have an impact

isnt it a depressing thought if you dont think we have a collective power.

Levy tried to get clever, blowing an arranged deal trying to haggle off £4m.
This one grates more than any other in my opinion.
Just look at those states. They could have been for us.
£4m would easily have been covered by £40m in CL revenue.
Well I hope he’s happy! Great business.
Dreadful football being played, players not performing to half their previous standards. Left for dust by Utd, Wolves, Leicester, Chelsea, never mind Liverpool and City.
We can’t even match Sheffield Utd right now.
So hacked off with this lack of desire to kick on (on the field).
And Bruno Fernandes non signing in particular.
Grumpy Spurs fan ?

Where is your evidence for this?

I know that we were heavily linked with him but were we ever likely to bring in Ndombele, Lo Celso AND Fernandes? In one season? I seriously doubt it. My recollection is that, even if one or two ITK snippets suggested that we were after both Lo Celso and Fernandes, most ITK suggested that it would be one or the other. In fact, some ITK suggested that, as far as Spurs were concerned, Fernandes was only ever a stalking horse for Lo Celso.

I understand your frustration. Spurs fans have much to be frustrated about right now. But I see no point getting upset about a mere rumour - especially one that is highly unlikely to be true.

Well, it took 10 years and pandemic to finally sell Newcastle and this takeover probably won't happen.
Not buying tickets would have impact that if not you someone else would pay for that.

4-5 years of finishing 8th to 12th minamum coming in my opinion if things arnt turned around next season.

I wouldn’t go that far. We are two seasons away from becoming a champions league team again.

But there has to be a change from Levy to do that.

It wasn't a rumour as fernandes confirmed he agreed personal terms with spurs.

to be fair id probably take ten years now. I’m worried that it’s going to be 30/40 years. I think you are over estimating how many fans are waiting in the wings to snap up tickets. There were cup games we struggled to fill the old whl. Once the novelty wears off and if we’re not playinggood football and challenging There will be big swathes Of empty seats.

I'm not so sure we can be that definitive either way to be honest, Vin. There seems to have been conflicting reports at the time that it was Fernandez or Dybala in ADDITION to Le Celso as a long term replacement for Eriksen. But hey, who knows mate! There's always a lot of info flying around during the Transfer Window, and even the ITKs themselves say to take everything with a pinch of salt. One thing I would say though, Vinny; if we did miss out on Bruno because Levy was haggling over £4 million, would anyone really be surprised? I mean it's not like he doesn't have previous in that respect. I hope you're well, Vinny. Take good care mate!

And these are the home games on the new stadium for this season. IIRC Red Star games had reduced capacity, 50k for FA Cup replay against Championship team on Tuesday isn't too bad either.

Nothing is 100%, learnt that much to my chagrin, but I could have sworn in an interview Bruno had agreed personals and was due his medical the same day as the window shut - I'd say that's pretty positive that there was no £4 mill haggle ... As you say, always open to change.

Dear leader takes the brunt for plenty, rightly so, but I feel this time, on this deal he went out and got two big ticket players Poch wanted. This is all a little after the lord mares show for me.

Hoping you're alright mate, same as it ever was here. Another window is upon us and it's probably clouded in more doubt than for many a season. Fun times ahead! ?

Most definitely mate! Plus que ça change eh Vinny! Glad you're well mate. I'm great thanks. Yeah who knows how this all plays out, but sadly I can't say it's looking very positive. Take good care Vinny. All the best mate.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but apparently there’s a banner going to be flown over the ground for NLD. Enic out.

Embarrassing (and I’m happy to see the back of them)

Yes this has been planned for the NLD, probably won't have the same effect without the crowd there.
