Didn't what? Think everything was fine and he would have turned it around? There were and are plenty on here who are still pining for him to return like an old lover.

We got to one CL final, and finished in the top 3 with the best team we've had since I was born, and he failed to get over the line in any competition with it. In fact we perpetually underachieved when it came to the crunch under him, CL run aside last year.

He bought some utter drivel in the transfer market as well so I dont believe giving him the chance to build a better team with new players would have worked that well. Most of the players in our best team were here before he arrived. He coached them really well, yes, but he didn't buy them or pick them himself.

You honestly think he didn’t want better players than we eventually bought? let’s see all the great players Mourinho buys. Maybe look above them for the real reason. It’s easy to say they were the best team in your lifetime in hindsight and if the best players were here before he got here why weren’t we doing it before? he was a great manager, passionate, aggressive and played on the front foot who eventually got disillusioned with the people above and their lack of interest of sporting success.

You're blind if you believe we weren't absolute dogshit for the last year of his tenure. CL run aside we have been atrocious for the best part of 18 months

Where did I say that? Agree with you that we were poor for the last year maybe, absolute dogshit is complete hyperbole. Doesn’t take away the fact he was a great manager for us and got fed up with the lack of ambition from those above. Maybe he deserved longer, who knows. Anyway we’re be going through and blaming manager after manager until Enic sell the club.

We were in relegation form under Poch since January.

Absolute dogshit isn't hyperbole in the slightest.

Agree he was a great manager but hed had 5 months and a pre season to turn it round and he couldnt. We were showing zero signs of improving. Especially away from home.

Existing players declining and abysmal new transfers.

The Manager always gets the blame at Tottenham and the fans cheer their departure.

The true faults always remain.

Levy certainly gets blame and should do to. But that doesnt mean that Poch should be exempt from criticism, he certainly made mistakes too.

If the players are tired of his methods, then that's down to him for not changing something.

In all honestly, I think it's just one of those things that ran it's course. Sure, we should have recruited better, but even then there's no guarantees.

I mean, so far, Poch's number one choice from last summer has been a major disappointment. No-one knows how we would be if Poch had been given the players he wanted.

I wish we could know the circumstances behind buying a right back who can’t defend and a centre midfielder who can’t run. It shouldn’t be possible to make these basic mistakes.

This is the problem with our club, fans are an embarrassment.

Poch is a perrenial loser. Jose is a born winner. It is no contest.

When Poch cried in the semi final it tells you everything you need to know.

I have never seen the likes of Pep, Fergie, Klopp or Jose cry in a semi final. It's ok for fans to cry but not a manager. I want our manager to be a stone cold winner who will stab his grandad's eye out for the last potato at Sunday Roast.

Levy made the best decision when he sacked Poch. Grateful for what Poch did but his time had come to move on. Our fans need to do the same as well. COYS.
