Scum. The police again won't do shit.
You are right. I Was violently mugged... gave police exact times and locations my stolen cards were used. They took so long to acquire the CCTV they claim it had all been wiped. Honestly they were so incompetent it felt deliberate...:poop:

Doesn't surprise me. A couple of years ago my garage was broken into and £700 quids worth of tools stolen. The up and over door, which had two security locks on it, was wrecked. I phoned the police who asked if there was any blood on the door or any visible fingerprints (!!!). I told the idiot that I couldn't see any blood so they said they couldn't do anything and gave me a crime number. Incredible.

I don’t think the police care about robberies or burglaries. It takes too much time and resources to catch and convict people. Even if it’s easy to. I’ve heard so many similar stories and had similar experiences myself.

My brother was burgled.
Has one of those doorbell video cameras.
Had a five minute video of two guys hanging about looking into the camera
and then going then round the back to break in.
No gloves or masks just a bag marked 'swag'.
Gave it to the police, got crime number etc and was told by local man
nothing we can do.

CSI would have sorted that before the first ad break.

That's just favouritism! A while back, my wallet was stolen and my cards used in a shopping centre outside Leeds. The policewoman who took the details apologised for the fact that she wouldn't be able to follow this up herself as she was going away on a hen weekend. Instead, she suggested that I should contact the shops where my cards had been used to make sure they didn't erase their video records!
