Sorry I'm not like you guys who are so romantic. I would wish Kane well if he moves on. But short of wishing him the best. Not when he played like a pedestrian towards the end of Poch tenure which I don't really think he did his best. And definitely not when he asks to leave during the worse time the club is going through, like literally NOW.

Will always put the club interest above all one else. He kinda disappointed me for the above two instances.

You realise there’s a pretty good chance it isn’t actually true, right?

Why are we all taking for gospel a bloke on twitter who wants to bash ENIC any chance he gets and someone with a very hit and miss track record at best.

Whether he wants to leave or not, hes got 4 years on his contract and wont kick up a fuss. If Jose wants him here then he'll be here in the summer.

If we're going to ignore that and hypothetically he would go, levy would be looking at 200m.

I like my villains the same as all women I've been in relationships with, desperately looking to leave
Oh haha I see.

Imagine all that time Kanes been putting in behind the scenes with the squad while he rehabs ... What a jump for him - those minutes are powerful things.

Let’s be honest the only hope of him wanting to stay is so he can break Jimmy Greaves record. Why the hell would he want to stay otherwise?

There was a glimmer of hope that we were on the verge of challenging on all fronts not too long ago. We are miles away again and there is no chance ENIC will try to bridge the gap their negligence caused

Whilst he does have that rep on Twitter. His info is very good and respected here. For some reason doesn’t post on here much at all but he does have a good source. And it’s not Dave Bentley.

Well the last time Herc hinted that a player wanted out was Eriksen and we all know what happened there.

Our club has become so depressing in the last 12 months.

I've always thought Kane had Shearer's record in his sights. So if he does want to leave, I think he would want to stay in the PL. (Just opinion)
So his options would be limited. Levy doesn't like to deal with United, not sure City would be chucking that kind of money about with their ban.

This is the same as the last time we qualified for CL in 10/11 with Bale, Modric, Van der Vaart, Et al..

The team was disbanded.

Who was it pointing out...

Lloris - going to MLS?
Rose - moved on
Walker - moved on
Verts - going to be moved on
Toby - still here, for now

Dembele - Crocked and moved on
Wanyama - Crocked and moved on

Eriksen - Left to preserve what little marbles he had left
Dele - still here, for now
Son - still here, for now
Kane - About to be moved on...

All very negative but DL will not let him go and Mourinho will not want him to go.

We will I am sure get another year out of him.

Levy has broken Poch' spirit and now he's done the same to Kane. They believed, but have now woken up to the realisation that everything Levy has told them has esentially been a pack of lies.

Apparently the record breaking signings, new stadium and great training ground are all a dream.

Donn't think he's much chance at Shearer's record anymore, given his last three years of injuries. At first, the fact he doesn't rely on pace was enough to make one think he could play til 33-34 at the top level. Now you have to wonder whether his body is going the way of Michael Owen. He's thankfully far more grounded than Owen ever was so he should be able to get a bunch more out of his last 20s, even if he's only fit half the time.

We lost Berbatov. We lost Modric. We lost Bale. (We tried to keep Eriksen). United lost Ronaldo. Liverpool lost Coutinho and Suarez. Another hero always emerges.

I'm all in favour of jettisoning Mourinho (he is not the manager to build a new team) and getting Nagelsmann and Mitchell in as a double act. Sell Kane if he wants out. And Dele too. Anyone who wants out, away you go for top dollar. And use that money (plus £100M from our newly burgeoning coffers) to build a young aggressive team as Poch did 6 years ago. And this time, there will be no new stadium to de-rail it as the team gets 5% from maximal achievement. Re-invest and keep evolving and improving.

Leicester did the same after Drinkwater, Maguire, Mahrez and Kante left the club. I am all for selling our talisman as long as the fee is high enough and we reinvest those funds directly into the first team. I will be heartbroken, but emotions don't pay the bills. Big transfer fees do.

I have always agreed with this approach, not only is it smart in a business sense but it gives us a chance to rebuild and get additions our squad desperately needs. I don't think it will be possible without a big sale, whether that will be Kane or another player.

I really think it might be time to cash in, but ONLY if that is what Kane wants. We can't begrudge him a move, he has given his all to this team from the first minute he took the pitch for us.
