Mourinho should thank his lucky stars our away support is world-class & always backing the team and manager. Had this been Chelsea the supporters would have turned on him already, whatever you think about that. Disgraceful performance, perfectly in line with 90% of our games under Mou.

We must have the dumbest and most ungrateful posters on any football site.

Page upon page with drivel and not an ounce of perspective. We're injury plagued and playing important matches every 3 days. You lot expect the same eleven players to go full speed every match?

Are we perfect? Certainly not. Do we look better and get more results than the old regime despite major injury issues? Yeah we do, yet no manager has ever been given this little time by our "fans".

Have some patience and support the team and let's see where we are in a year.
Same rationale every year since the mid 80’s tho.

Look on the bright side, when ever people look down on us drinking so much, we can just say we’re Spurs fans and they’ll just feel bad for doing so :woot:

disagree. Jose shackles any attacking intent out of teams.

you genuinely believe that Klopp, Pep, even fucking Harry would have us set up like this against Burnley and Norwich?

have a fucking go. Might aswel lose 4-0 having a go than sitting back losing by 1

Agree and his assistant looks like a thick **** who just agrees with anything the “clueless one” says and offers nothing in terms of tactical solutions or observations.

This is so sad. I genuinely thought we were past this as a club. 5 years of progress shredded and dumped in the bin.

That’s a little bit of a stretch. We look utterly rancid right now in a way we very rarely did under Poch.

im different. europa league is worth winning as a spot in the cl available to winners. probably our most realistic chance if the same shite happens next season
Being in the CL means shit to us, or it should do - A - we don't have a chance of winning it and B - Levy won't bring in the players we need/want from the exposure of playing in the CL. Champions League money is all Teflon is interested in.

I understand that point of view, but we aren't good enough to win that either. When we used to be regulars in it we'd fuck up in the knockout rounds and I'm not so sure we'd do any different with the way we are now.

I'm absolutely baffled by that handball in the build up to the goal. If it's a foul then they should give the free kick unless we get an advantage by play continuing. The balls in the net five seconds after it hit his hand, how is it not part of the build up to the goal?
It is part of the build up, and if anyone involved with VAR says otherwise they're covering up the fact that they fucked up massively.

Amazed some of you are still worried about playing in the Europa, I can see a tenth placed finish at the very best.

It actually disgusts me how many times NBC go to a commercial break in half time.

This game is about as bad as the Brighton and Watford games from earlier this season. Both games were as clueless as we have been up top and at the back.
