Anyone who thinks this won't be the strongest available squad is a lunatic. Jose will be single minded about winning the FA Cup given his need to continue his rep as a manager who wins things.
Also, it wouldn't be so bad, you know, for the club to win something...

My XI :

Lloris,
Aurier, Toby, Jan, Tanganga,
Lo Celso, Fernandes/Dier,
Lamela, Ndombele, Son
Parrott

I hope Ndombele is fit enough to start; I would play him further forward than usual.

I'd like to see Foyth get a chance to redeem himself. He played well v Norwich but 1 high profile mistake led to a goal and he's been chucked to one side ever since. I think he was fouled in that instance as well. Wouldn't mind him in for Aurier with Sessegnon taking the attacking role on the left. Hate the idea of losing him through lack of opportunities.

I don't think we planned on going away anywhere. No idea if they will get time off, or just keep training.
Have you seen the weather forecast for Enfield for the next couple of weeks- nice and mild!!

Time to use the squad.

Vertonghen, Sessegnon, Fernandes, Ndombele, Dier, Lamela and Gazzaniga (a reward for his displays) should all come in.

Sadly that leaves 4 amoutfield players to play twice. Son and Moura will probably have to play and Lo Celso may have a more attacking role than CM.

As others have said, seems really unlikely Jose will be quite so bold. Wonder if he might go 3 at the back with Sessegnon and Tanganga higher up the pitch?

While many of us (me included) would like to see a number of changes, realistically we all need to be aware that Jose will only make 1-2 changes max.

We have 11 days off after this game. Don’t see Jose resting many in this one. Southampton are tough and we might be better just keeping some momentum going and the confidence high going into the break.

The more I think about it, I want to see Dele play a match at CF around creative players.

Son Dele Lamela
Ndombele Winks Lo Celso
Tanganga Sanchez Toby Aurier
Lloris

Subs: Gazzaniga, Foyth, Sessegnon, Skipp, Gedson, Lucas, Parrott

The more I think about it the more I just want to see how a 4-3-3 with this midfield is working:

--------------Winks-------------
-----GLC-------------Tanguy-----

Then bring on Gedson for whoever is tired after 60 minutes....so probably Tanguy.
