This would have to be a ‘get him off our hands deal’ from RM. Daniel would be loving this. Oh the many ways he can structure this. RM for their part are lifting their skirts and winking our way in return. Who wants a 31 worldly who is injured 6 months of the year. We do!

How do you reckon we'd get him on a 6-year loan when his contract runs out in 2 and a half years  ?
Not sure if being serious but...

We sold him to Madrid 6yrs ago for €100m (roughly £91m). If we now buy him back for £85m then he will have been at Madrid for 6yrs (during his prime) and only cost them £6m

I don't think it was phrased very well if that what you meant.

Absolutely no way anyone would pay £85m or near for him anyway. I doubt he'd be fetching much if any fee.

Isn’t Levy really pally with Jonathon Barnett? I’m sure this was spoken about on here when we sold him.
I know it’s all business, but that’s gotta make it a wee bit smoother.
Seriously though, this would work on so many levels, us fans are happy, Mourinho gets a proper Worldy player, Bale gets game time in a happy environment, he will be worshipped again.
The only downside if we have to trust Levy to sort (y)

Great if it's a loan, otherwise we can do better.
