Chuffing image rights is gonna roger us again. A giant, redwood tree trunk rogering, minus a hint of lube.

Surely Levy has learnt his lesson about image rights the last time round with Dybala.

Which leaves me to think.

A) He knows that any image rights will definitely be sorted out this time round.
B) He doesn't really have any intention of signing Bale - just wants the fans to think the club have showed some intent.

I know which one I think is more likely...

I'm vaguely convinced (from memory) that Real pay their players more than usual because they have to surrender their images rights to them when they sign up

Some hilarious figures being quoted.

£85m basically turning his transfer into a six year loan deal... Here take our best player during his prime for £1m/year and return him once he‘s broken

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love Bale but he’s not an £85m player anymore

I thought they took a cut of their image rights?

I think the club take the image rights and then they give some of it back via the wages. Cristiano Ronaldo was famously upset about the way they do it all. I think that they took more control over it from players when a load of them got suspended jail sentences and fines for not paying taxes on their shares or something.

How do you reckon we'd get him on a 6-year loan when his contract runs out in 2 and a half years  ?
