Ah dear, comes the grinding of teeth after years of the same.

Like having premium bonds and wondering why you're not a millionaire ...

Wonder if Jose and Levy have agreed they should play him to retain some value for a Jan sale?

Yeah probably trying to force Inter’s hand. I reckon he’ll go at the end of the window, at which point we’ll scrabble around for a replacement, say “we’ve tried” while the replacement we need ( who would be keen to join us ) is already making his debut for Utd.

Yeah not that we will replace him this window, but just a conversation along the lines of if we can get a few million quid for him then Jose will have a bigger summer budget. I think it's us just trying to give the impression that 6 months of him is worth a few quid even if that may not be the case in reality.

I think you need to read Jose's comments on Lo Celso and Lamela to understand why Eriksen is still starting.

They obviously can't be trusted to play back to back games due to tiredness. Therefore Eriksen is being used until they are up and running. They both played 90 on Tuesday so I highly doubt they'll both start. I reckon by February we'll see them start back to back games.

Ndombele is likely to be eased back too, which is why we've had to get Gedson, therefore it'll be a while before he's playing consistently.

Eriksen isn't the problem, they all played together last game. There is another one that needs to be dropped.
He is the problem because a) he’s currently shit, b) by playing him, other players are denied opportunities, c) he has no interest in our long term plans, d) if he gets injured, we’re fucked, e) fans are now actively booing him, impacting on morale, f) he’s still going to be shit against Watford

... You don't win if you don't play ... I think you'll find that is checkwin Sausage ...

Well, more the point was that you don't pay to be in the premium bond draw, but you do for the lottery. So if you put £1000 into both draws, and win nothing, with a PB you still have your £1000.

Interest rates are a bit pants all round tbh, so it is what it is. Lender's market.
