Don’t agree at all

very simply - if he was performing like he is now 3 seasons ago he would be exactly the same scrutiny.
apparently we couldn’t create without Eriksen seasons ago - they were the comments, you can’t now say he can’t play because others aren’t running

I don’t pin everything on eriksen And nor do the fans around me - but maybe his lack of commitment and attitude have rubbed off. That’s why I believe he needs to leave immediately and should have a fair few months ago already
We didnt create without Eriksen. When he was left out as an experiment then brought on it usually changed a game. But, he had a proper cm and effective wingbacks. Not anymore. So of course his performances are going to be worse if he cant do what he does best.

None of us are qualified to know if he has a lack of commitment? I'm terms of playing that is. Certainly not if it has rubbed off. I'd agree he has been below par, maybe a bit is mental. But overall he isn't working with a team that is clicking or has the ability it had a season ago.

Time will tell. Money is on him doing really well in a cohesive side.

I've just noticed that he has more Premier League assists than Paul Scholes. 62 for CE compared to 55 for PS. Scholes has more goals - 107 vs. 51, but Scholes played twice as many games. Goals per game is very similar - 0.23 for Eriksen vs. 0.21 for Scholes. I wonder how Eriksen would have done in that United side?

Wouldnt have got in too lazy n overall passion desire intensity severely lacking. A scholes sneeze would have floored eriksen

One thing you have to remember is that Scholes moved back into deeper midfield towards the end of his career. Whereas apart from this season Eriksen has been playing the No.10 role.

Scholes also could completely control a game from deep like Modric.

An amazing player who Zidane said was the best player he ever faced.

Update:

Sports journalist Nicolo Schira confirms that Eriksen's agent Martin Schoots is currently in Milan with one of his lawyers to finalise the player's transfer to Inter.

Schira claims there is "total agreement" between Erisken and Inter. The player has agreed to a contract until 2024 with a wage of €7.5m (net), which would make him joint top-earner at the club with Lukaku.

Inter itself is ready to close the deal with Tottenham for €18m.

Thfc have received a new bid from Inter Milan for Christian Eriksen worth an initial €15M plus a further €3M in add-ons. [Alfredo Pedulla]

Take it and run!

Would rather a new RW then a number 10 to add to the AM group. We’re not gonna make it very far with Dele and Lucas on the field at the same time (yes I recognize the CL final but that is clearly an anomaly).

Many sites now picking it up, but perhaps all quoting the same source. If it is a straight cash deal, it puts paid to the Gabriel Barbosa theory.
Back to Piatek??

Minus Eriksen's exit plan from Spurs he has been a tremendous player his up there with the best overseas players to grace the EPL. Just a shame how he down tooled.
