Good grief. What is the effing point in keeping him then? Love the guy, but if he can't play more than 20 mins a game now, then that's ridiculous. Not worth keeping around.
Because he’s coming back from an injury and the strain of 90 mins is so much more than 20 it’s quite normal to build players minutes back up, he should soon be able to do 60-70 but yea his constant injuries are very frustrsting and I don’t think he’s good enough for us to just be keeping him around, I like him but he’s hardly been a world beater for us.

Gazzaniga
Foyth Sanchez Tanganga Sessegnon
Lo Celso Skipp Winks
Lamela Parrott Son

Love this team. Only slight shame is not having a more attacking right back to overlap Lamela who will always be inside. But unfortunately we don't have many options there.

He didn’t say he would never be able to play 90 minutes, he said right now he isn’t ready to do so. He only returned to fitness just before the new year and he put himself in a position for selection before he should have because we were low on numbers and Lamela wanted to help the team out.
And with that selfless and loyal gesture by Lamela, risking his recovery for the cause, @jeremystorey wants us to get rid

Lamela just posted of clip on IG of him arriving at the stadium. Hopefully he gets valuable minutes.

I hope so. It’ll be interesting to see if he starts. I can’t see it on the back of Jose’s comments but you never know.

hope he can finally get himself regularly fit.

Jose knows best, but i'd hope to see Parrott getting some playing time. With all the discussion swirling around our need for an out and out striker, showering him with some attention might be smart long term.

I think he won't play him as he said that he doesn't have any strikers now that Kane is injured so that Levy has to bring replacement. If Parrott plays then he won't get Piatek or whoever. In any case he probably gets nobody but in the second case he can put the blame on Levy.
