I hear what you're saying, but those creators you listed aren't creating shit these days except for Tanguy who can't stay healthy. With top 4 looking bleak, I would not be surprised if they don't perm GLC. Just my uneducated opinion of course.

BF - desperately needed and fits the physical MO Mourinho is after.
GF - not a DM but we’ve lost Sissoko and are seriously short of central midfielders with TN’s fitness issues.
I think we can have a very good finish to season if we get the above plus a striker but it will also depend on playing our strongest players and ostracising Eriksen.

I might be way off here but would GLC , G Fernandes and a potential ST be more than the 2 loans allowed at a time
Nah, if we would done both Fernandes we would have options at midfield and could play Son/Lucas there. Better that than loaning someone useless.

It's all about planning for next season now. Get some players in now so they can bed in and agree some deals for the summer, that has to be the aim. No doubt we will end up scrabbling around on deadline day in August but at least lessons will be learned, every cloud....
