Nearly unwatchable.

Parking the bus and just blasting up field aimlessly when he have ball .
When you've got Winks, lamela, lo celso you shouldn't really be playing long ball shite

Watford & Norwich will tell us more about how bad it can get before we make reinforcements in the window, failure to win either will make things more desperate

It didn't work against Utd, didn't work against Chelsea, not working against Liverpool. Maybe it will work against City!

One nil down to a team that is pretty much unstoppable and we did have our chances. I'd have taken that before kick off. They had to fight for it. This is still open

We had chances in the first 20 to be fair and I think most of us would have taken 0-1 at half time

Jose needs to earn his salary now; big 45 coming up

I really thought we would have been 2 or 3 down before half time. Hopefully we can at least nick a point today ????

A rebuild? Yes we are

doesn’t mean to say we’ll win the league but we’re starting from a similar place as liverpool

No we're not.

You said Liverpool are at the end of a 5 year rebuild. That's correct - they got Klopp in with a plan that he would be there for years to come, they then went out and spent massive money and completely replaced the entire squad that he inherited and bought him a completely new starting 11, based off a list of players he said he wanted.

We've got Mourinho in for a short-term boost designed to get our flagging squad to win something before it breaks up completely. We don't have a long term manager in place, we will not be going on a fundamental squad rebuild, and we are not starting a new 5 year plan.

So no, we're not in anything like the same situation. We are much closer to the Man United of the last few years (no long term plan, no philosophy or direction, random one off purchases, not squad-building) than the Liverpool of 2015.
