Really hope he does well. He doesn't seem to have performed badly on any of his loans. Shame Wilder didn't want to keep him on at Sheffield United - he seemed well received.

The Wycombe cup game at WHL where he got turned and beaten by Paul Hayes and Bayo Akinfenwa, two of the slowest footballers alive (I'm from High Wycombe, I've seen them both many times) was when I started to think CCV wouldn't make it with us.

Was excellent for Swans last season, looks like he probably won't make it with us but will have a good career at the Championship level or even higher if he continues to develop. Wouldn't be surprised to see him make a permanent move in January, think his recent injury may have just given teams a bit of pause in committing to him this window.

Watching the match against Leeds. CCV has looked decent; keeping Leeds generally at bay (Leeds are up 1-0). Showing some good awareness and I was surprised to see how young the back 3 is for Stoke (Lindsay is 23, CCV is 21 and Collins is 18). Tough opponent but he's doing well, hopefully that will continue into the 2nd half and sees him getting more consistent starts moving forward.

He hasn’t had a minute of football in December and hasn’t played centre half since November 4th - I think they’ve gone another direction, for whatever reason.
