They have four against three all the time. We'd need three Kantes to make it work. It's not helping that Alli looks like he'll playing on ice with roller blades on, but the system is more of a problem. than the players.Course you can.
The fact that our midfield is outnumbered because Dele has to be fucking spoiled and treated like hes messi in the no10 role doesn't help.
name me the last time kane performed in a big game? 3 years ago he was bullying defenders, he doesn't even contest headers any more just runs infront and trys to back inkane is one of the most overated players we've ever owned, world class my arse, hardly ever notice hes on the pitch
This game reminds me we’ve never replaced Dembele. Really hope Ndombele can step up. Hate the Sissoko + Dier midfield.
Awful mistake, but up to this point he hasn't been a awful player for usGazzaniga was a shocking signing. We signed Saints 4th keeper who they fucked off on loan to Spains 2nd division to be our #2 keeper. Baffling.
Kane hasnt showed deisre for quite some time. Not just today. He doesnt give a shit.
I think that's possibly right. What annoys me he doesn't have the intelligence to do something different. |He just stands there waiting to be clobbered.Somethings still not right. He's not doing what he's a saying in recent years. The hunger is gone. Golden boots and whatnot no longer interest him.
All that interests him footballing wise is England. Which is the opposite of everyone else who plays for England.Somethings still not right. He's not doing what he's a saying in recent years. The hunger is gone. Golden boots and whatnot no longer interest him.
Of all the players to pick on today he would be the last. One of the few to come out of that half with any credit. Very strangeEvery day I mourn the fact Poch gave/signed off on Sissoko’s new deal
And now we're just hoofing it aimlessly long. At least with Poch we tried to play.I'm just seeing the same stuff so far under Jose, win lose or draw. So I'm not shocked. If the opportunity, time and space, to counter/transition quickly is there we look good. If it isn't and a half-decent team is organised and shutting us down then we're fucked, because pretty much every other aspect of the game is pure dirt. Possession play and constructing attacks against set defences is non-existent, and without the ball our shape isn't good enough and oppositions repeatedly work the ball into threatening areas with the minimum of effort.
The two goals, one soft, one totally bonkers, are just the cherry on top. Focus on them if you want, but at some point it was simply inevitable we'd go behind with the dominance of all aspects of the play Chelsea had.
It's hard to see a way back into it, it would take a) Chelsea going right off their game and/or sitting back, plus b) us starting to do things we haven't seen yet so far under Mourinho, and basically every single player needs to pull their fingers out and show a lot more, but we live in hope........
