It’s an honour that wont last long for some of them, if they don’t up their game.

Happiness is the best word to describe how I feel knowing that some of them wont be feeling that honour for too much longer.

Not them all, but a large % of them.

I'm a great believer in doing what you're paid to do, call me old fashioned.
I get that. You mean there's too much of the nicey nicey and but enough of the ruthlessness?

Simple things....

Effort, desire, teamwork, skill, responsibility, care, attention.....I could go on. The fundamental basics of going to work and being paid to do a job are not there for many of these players. They are financial assets to the club, nothing more, basically charlatans too.
