Do you realise what you've posted there?!!
I'm sure Howe will be absolutely gutted that we aren't the type of team for him, but Leicester with a commited young squad, playing some of best football in the league and currently 10 points above us, are.

If Poch does go I'd be pretty happy to have the club take a shot with Nuno Espirito Santo.

Wolves' recruitment has been good, they're a well coached team and he has a cool name.

Don't see anything special with Howe. Gets the odd good result against the top teams but also gets hammered regularly. Seems like a decent guy and respect that he sets out a team to win rather than spoil a game like most EPL managers do these days but needs to prove himself somewhere else before getting one of the big jobs.

Steven Gerrard? Lampard seems to be doing ok.

Think there's only one job he'd be after in the PL. Also, while Rangers show signs of having improved since he took over, it's still too early to make a judgement on his managerial ability.

We dont have time for gambling and a long term project. Mourinho or Allegri now! Or keep Poch and buy lots of young world class players.. But a big change is necessary.

My preferred choice would have been Favre or Rodgers... but my main first choice would have been Rodgers. Would he leave Leicester for us though? He has always been impressive and in my view has improved as a Manager and the time out taken he has honed his skills i think.

If Mourninho brings success and new great players, there will be lots of great managers willing to succeed when his time in Spurs is over.

The mark of a good manager isnt necessarily sticking to his guns but actually evolving and adapting - thats my view anyways. Look at Klopp from his first season or two where now Liverscum is more resolute etc.

My main reservation with Mourinho is he is stuck in the old days and his style really hasnt evolved.

Thought Luis Boa Morte looked good in the Everton dugout yesterday

When I used to watch him play I used to think what a great manager he’d make

Lets give him a go
He was sneaky good to have in fantasy football as well. Him and Steed Malbranque were my cheapo Fulham specials to fill out my team. Sign them up.

I sort of feel Jose could save us all a lot of spare time in our lives, the guy is a trophy MACHINE. If he came here and couldn’t win anything then it would seem fairly apparent that our club are never destined to win anything ever.

I could be wrong, but my impression is that the elite teams only keep their managers for 2, possibly 3, seasons in the modern game .

If we want to be in that bracket of the footballing hierarchy, then perhaps we're going to have to get used to that.

Frankly they don't need to, because the players are still buying to the manager ideas, there are probably no better candidates out there than the incumbents, and they are basically owning the league between them while the rest are just chasing for 3rd and so forth.
