Just hope he can stay fit and his reduced minutes maybe because Poch is managing this.

If he stays fit and is able to, he needs to start every game imho.

Absolutely. No matter the situation, winning, losing, playing well or badly, he gives 100% every single match and never hides.

Big fan.

It's why his detractors get so much shit - because he always busts a gut for us and gives everything, yet some cheesy-dicked virgin will always storm into this thread to say "time to cut our losses" "what does he do?" every time he misplaces a pass.

With Eriksen looking ever more likely that he's played his last, I'm hoping Lamela gets his long overdue run in the first team.

Still dallies on the ball a bit too much for my liking, but hoping this will improve with sharpness and a run in the team. Genuinely prefer him in the side to Moura (sorry).

No need to be sorry about that. I am yet to see what Moura truly adds to the side. Last night we played with actual width for the first time in a long time. Moura strays way too central when he plays and gets in the way of Kane, as per the Watford game. Moura has strengths, which are his speed, shot & heading ability. If he was stick wide right then I see use for him, if not then he is only an impact sub.

Back on topic, so happy for Lamela, works so hard and deserved his rewards yesterday.

No need to get personal. I've tried to lose it. I really have.

Lucas is forever etched in Spurs folklore, and I love him. But he's an impact player, and a forward. Lamela is just better all round.
