Can't believe the numbers.

Have people lost the plot?

We've been playing pretty well, we hit the post at Arsenal which would have killed the game. VAR ruled out a goal at Leicester which would have capped off an almost certain impressive away win.

We played well tonight for the first 30. Tonight was a freak result, everything Bayern hit went in.

Out for me. I’ve said before that I think we have a great squad and I’d be excited to see what Mourinho would do with them. We don’t need a rebuild, if our current manager believes that we do who’s fault is that? It’s not very good management to build something for 5 years and then one day decide we need to start again.
Mourinho you sure

As we've seen last year - it's not about how many matches you lose - it's about how many you win to finish in the top 4. There's still plenty of time this season to turn it around.

Eh? How many matches are lost is a direct correlary to how many matches are won.

Our defence is ageing sadly. Our formation is terrible. Kane Should be Captain. My two cents

Our best defence is the same players for almost all of Poch's tenure. Just Aurier in for Walker. It's obvious they get older, slower, more prone to errors.

The problem is, we've done what was needed - got younger replacements so they can play from time to time and take on the mantle.

But two of them are injured - Foyth and Sess, KWP started the season and then was dropped after an injury. And Sanchez had a nightmare start of the season.

So it seems we will go from Jan and Toby - two ageing starts - to Foyth and Davinson - two inexperienced players but with bags of potential.

I'll bet the players aren't happy about having to rebuild again. It's something you don't want to hear when you've become a good team and you should be adding, not rebuilding.

I could not think of anyone I'd less rather see managing our club than Mourinho.

Any of his talents are completely overshadowed by the fact he is a horrible, horrible man.

He deserves the season. I still think we are good for top 4.

End of the season unless something fundamentally has changed it's probably best to make a clean break of it.

I really doubt anyone is running through walls for him today.

Yeah like how the hell does he come into training today and be like "forget about last night, focus on Brighton" to them. No way he can pick them up after that.

Definitely stay for me, but a self-critique is necessary as some of the previous applications and approaches (cough* cough* diamond) are clearly no longer working and need a refresh.

Winners tend to be horrible...I’m sick of being the nice guys
Agree. Like the idea of mouriniho but not sure our fans would take to him or his style of football and also what do players think of him these days, does he still have his appeal, you’d have thought so considering he’s still one of the most successful managers of all time.

But I’d probably prefer allegri if he is possible.

For the last couple of seasons I've been dreaming of Hugo lifting a trophy with Poch looking on proudly. The culmination of all that he has done to get us sitting at the top table.

I'm sad to say that I don't think it's going to happen. I just don't see in Poch the ability to turn this round from here.

I've looked at a few posts criticising the manager over the last few months and thought how people can be ungrateful but I now think that they may have seen more clearly what was happening. The turning point for me was the increasing numbers of comments in pressers that left me wondering what the fuck he was talking about.

And all this season while trying to be optimistic there was a nagging doubt that things weren't quite right. And now it seems likely that the end is in sight and that hurts, cos I really wanted Poch to win things with us.

The romantic in me wants him to turn it round and thinks he deserves the chance to try. The pragmatic me thinks a clean break during the international break would be best for everyone.

I guess I'm on the fence still but I suspect if this were a manager in his second season without the credit in the bank I'm be firmly in the no camp.

If the team selection and tactics stay the same on Saturday then he's gone Imo. If he changes it up then maybe he can gain the time to sort it out. I strongly suspect that the former will happen.

I think i would take it at the moment. I quite like scoring goals and not conceding!

ITKers have said he’s moody round the changing room and training ground. So there wouldn’t be much change there!

I’m not against the idea of Allegri, I just think I’d go for Mourinho at this moment in time.

I’d take it as well as I’d like us to be bastards and win stuff now, if Jose is the man to do that then fine just not sure that many of our fans will see if that way.
