Mahrez from Le Havre (Vardy was the football writers winner that year, I was looking at the PFA award).
I see. Was actually looking at Premier League player of the season for some reason which is neither of these!

His performance today especially in the first half was so enjoyable to watch. The type of performance I want to pay money to see, although not the prices spurs charge mind.

What he does that’s different vs our midfield is that he has a wonderful ability to find the forward pass. Every time he got the ball in the first half he created excitement. Can’t wait until he really beds in and has Lo Celso with him in midfield.

They had to keep illegally bringing him down today.

With a little patience and hard work I think he's gonna be on another level to most players in the middle.

Not sure about his defensive abilities but hopefully as Poch gets to work with him they will improve. Obvious his attacking potential is almost unlimited. Get ball skills, can see a pass most can’t, and has a great shot on him.

That’s what you call stepping up. He’s already been injured this season and is clearly struggling with fitness but he’s already scored two much needed goals.

Good lad N’Dombele.

I enjoyed his first half today, he is quite audacious, and gives me a buzz. Most games he has given me a “shit did u see that!” moment, where I make a little involuntary giggle.

Yesterday it was the little glanced pass to put Son in.

Fast becoming my favourite.
