There is something wrong behind then scenes. A guy at work said this could all go a bit Arsene Wenger, maybe Poch has done all he can and it will all go stale. Im not sure I agree with per say but we are not looking good at all right now and we haven't been for awhile.

I find it amusing how it going a bit Wenger is deemed to be a negative. Give me 3 FA Cup wins then please!

Maddison really is a horrible cheat of a player. Definitely grown up admiring the likes of Pires etc
Every contact he makes out he’s dying and he was trying his best to get players booked and sent off. I know all players seem to dive thesedays but he’s another level.

Disagree, I think he’s just a really good player who had our defence eating out of the palm of his hand for the most part.

In short, as we have no leader on the pitch it's down to him to lead the team.
Absolutely this. This team lacks a real leader on the pitch to get into his team mates and rally them when things aren’t going the way they should. That’s been lacking for years now and has not been addressed. Every great team has a player like that. (Kompany and VVD prime examples in recent history).

Why we didn't get him when was at Coventry is beyond me, another talent that has slipped through our fingers for whatever reason (probably money knowing Levy)! The fact that he's a horrible **** is irrelevant to me, it's about time we got a couple of them in the team, we might fucking win something then!!!

We were interested but like every other move in his career he went where he would play regular football.

He’s a good player certainly, a diving cheat though. Even by today’s low standards. Hasn’t he been sent off for diving?

Not sure I entirely agree, when Winks was more central he did a pretty good job at keeping Maddison quiet & it wasn't until Wanyama came on that he got more time & space on the ball & the opportunity to get his shot off for the goal.

Stayed away yesterday to beat the melt down, but it doesn’t feel any better today does it, remember that time when we was all confident going in to games?

The team playing with no fear, with dynamic attacking football, actually being able to defend and not look like rabbits in the headlights, the players looking like brothers out there, looking after each other, diers mentality after the city game when he said he doesn’t like people speaking bad about spurs.

I miss that Tottenham, we may have progressed of the pitch in the last 18 months, but we’ve such a regression playing style/players in that time, poch needs to change something and soon, his weird decision making is killing us, wnayama teally? In 16/17 he was a beast for us, but the guy is finished.

Everyone st he club is culpable in some respect top to bottom, it’s now what we want to do to get that back!!

Someone just posted a video they took of the team celebrations after second goal.

Painful.

Fine, fine margins at the moment.

I’m still so annoyed by this game. We really need so positive results going our way today to even marginally cheer me up.

have we really improved over the last few seasons??
lost 14 games last season and 2 already from 6 to Newcastle at home and Leicester after being 1-0 up, drew 2 games and one was after being 2-0 up, I am very disillusioned with the team and some of the decisions being made by the team and Poch and his selections.
unfortanuaity I don't see any improvement coming but I hope am wrong, yes we will get the odd good performance like Palace but something is not right there.

Common sense must prevail with VAR, such tight margins must favour the attacking team. Surely the powers that be will see this, but I fear it will only happen if it starts affecting the press favourite teams like manure, chelski, woolwich, Etihad FC

The hair’s breadth VAR decision was the best argument against VAR I’ve seen, and Pochettino’s continuing failure to play Lucas Moura remains unfathomable to me. Wanyama to protect a one goal lead when they always looked like scoring? Poch needs to stop blaming his players’ attitude and look to himself. It’s his fucking job to get it right.

When we are debating the width of a gnats fanny on a decision that would have given us another goal then we are in deep delusional territory.

We simply folded under pressure again after building a lead.

Kane was one hundred percent spot on in his midweek post match comments. We simply do not have the quality in midfield or defence to defend a lead.

It's nothing new to the club and is happening with increasing regularity. I have seen every game that we have played (aside from some Cup games) and can say that this looks like the Spurs side when Poch first took over.

This for me is a far bigger worry than a VAR decision, far bigger.

It is indeed fine margins if Kane's shot against arsenal goes in instead of hitting the post maybe we might have won, same yesterday if Kane buries the chance at 1-1 instead of hitting it straight at the keeper maybe we would have won that game also.
But we didn't and after six games we are won 2 lost 2 drawn 2 not exactly top four material is it.

I've seen the highlights and what there is of us is genuinely bad. We are very very disorganised in defence, with gaps all over the place.

I'll say that the VAR decision was incorrect because the offending passage of play was over imo. Son may have been a gnats bollock offside but was tackled. Aurier's goal should have stood.

But that's no excuse for such woeful shape and lack of focus. Any clearing of the air talks a fortnight ago seem to have come to nowt after we've surrendered 3 leads in 4 games now.

I agree look at the CL game in mid week the full backs were constantly exposed as their players kept getting through a better team would have blitzed us.
