It all falls on 2 men. Daniel Levy and Joe Lewis. We need new ownership
They deserve criticism for somethings, certainly. And I've criticised them in the past.

But you can't look beyond results at the moment. Ask yourself, would the Liverpool, City or Chelsea (ok maybe a bit too far) owners accept our form?

Poch deserves time and I'd wait until Sess and lo Celso are fit and in the squad but if he keeps changing tactics and roles constantly he's asking for trouble.

They aren’t absolutely flying imo, but I understand your point.

Klopps a better manager when all is said and done. They traded brilliantly in the market too. We could have got £140m for Dele at one stage, like they did for Coutinho. We’d be lucky to get £40m for him now! Same with Eriksen.
Could have been us buying Van Dijk six months before Liverpool did. Fucking laughable even suggesting it now! Ridiculous how we were comfortably ahead of them for years and suddenly we’ve gone backwards at the same high speed they’ve gone forwards.
Thats how quickly football can change. It's why we need to stick together. I sometimes get really pissed with Levy then I look at what his done for the club off field it's wonderful. However Levys far to slow missed a trick again not really backing the manager in the transfer market. Pochettinho was very clear about starting the next phase, he mentioned they'll be a lot of pain with certain player leaving. .. This didn't really materialise and we kept hold of players angling for pastures green for whatever reason. Pochettinho as I read it has tried integrating said players back into the fold and has been let down imo by certain players and Levy for not acting quick enough in the market.

We should of sold Eriksen Rose Vertonghen Alderweireld Wanyama possibley Aurier (who wanted out I believe) got Dybala Fernandes another CB plus the players we did get.

Won't be until Jan they start to make any difference if at all. By which point..... ?

Alot of you guys sounded like you all know Levy, Poch and Mourinho so personally to suggest what work and what couldn't amongst them.

The fact of history is Poch was once a humble and amicable guy who all the players in the world will play for him. His football was exciting and we were pressing like possessed.

Mourinho on the other hand, success was undeniable from him for winning so many titles. The fact of history is, he had bad feud with chelscum and manure management and fell out in both occasions and his football turned ugly in both clubs. He spouted nonsense and was a sore loser. I hated him, too.

Now, present time, Poch just keeps sulking and be so cryptic and elusive in his responses. Most of the players are seemingly no longer motivated to play for him. His football turned stale and lacked of ideas. So Poch has changed. He can change.

By the same logic, similarly, there is no chance Mourinho cannot change for the better. A leopard never change its spot, nonetheless. But Mourinho never wins nothing at any clubs he has been at. And that is really what we badly need since 3 years, or more, ago TBvvH.

For Levy, he has just broken the bank to sign Ndombele and GLC. He has sanctioned big paychecks for Kane and Lloris, and I believe he is also prepared to pay Eriksen handsomely together with a few others like Son, Verts, Dele etc. Is Levy really that miser fella who we have been cursing in Harry days? Think again, especially now we have the world class stadium on top of the training ground and hospitality amenities and facilities. Rich will get richer. Levy won't stop opening his wallet. I will never blame Levy for any mishaps on the pitch. We can't get any better chairman than him already. Unless we have true accounts of engagement between Levy and Poch, it is always a shared responsibility between them for any failed or poor transfer dealings that translated to poor showings on the pitch, like now. Putting the blame solely on Levy, back to the two windows we signed no one is ridiculous.

Then the supposed imbalanced dynamics between Mourinho and Levy is laughable cos we can never know will that happen until it happens. Our squad is also too talented and multi dimensional to need a huge overhaul that Mourinho will act like a spoilt brat asking for all shining new toys while dissenting the old.

Oh I agree. I mentioned both Favre and Nagelsmann a few pages back as excellent choices. Unfortunately Nagelsmann only just went to Lipzig. Favre maybe but he's only in his second season. Both won't leave any time soon, at least I don't think so. Wouldn't take Jose, at all. He looks completely burnt out.
I find it amusing that people are shitting all over the idea of Howe, who’s taken a team from League 1 to established PL and are suggesting Favre and Nagelsmann who have nothing spectacular on their CVs to compare. Favre’s got a couple of Swiss league titles, but so did Gross.

I think all three are good managers, but it does seem that foreign and mysterious is more alluring.

Really damning reading Trix post, sounds like Poch has lost the dressing room, can see Jose coming in personally.

I know people are quick to shoot the idea down but I personally would rather him to the likes of Howe.

Whilst we can all champion Poch's results getting us where we are. I have to say the idea of seeing what a proven winner does with the squad does intrigue me.

My mate who is a hammer messaged me tonight and said that he was going to stop taking the piss out of me because spurs are so shit now that it has become boring for him.

Tell him that If they don't get a point next game, we have a better points total in 2019 than they do:whistle:

Getting in Jose to work with Levy is the single most idiotic idea I’ve ever heard.

I’d be disappointed with Favre and Nagelsmann. Just as I would with Howe.

Doesn’t Levy have previous for being in love with Mourinho?

Mourinho has spent time reflecting and reorganizing his team. He also took some time back in his hometown for the first time in years. I honestly think the next club he goes to will have lots of success.

Could he do that with us?
Kane, Son, Lucas, Dier, Toby, Jan, Rose, Ndombele, Sissoko, Aurier, Lamela and Lo Celso would all perform under him and I think he'd have them believing they can win. We may even get Toby and Jan on new contracts as he'd make them the CB pairing permanently.

But I'd worry about the likes of Tanganga, Skipp, KWP etc.

So would you rather Pochettinho or Howe?

Bare in mind Eddie Howe has been backed and been allowed to build multiple teams. Pochettinho has been working with the bulk of the squad for 5 years. He hasn't really been allowed to rebuild.

Pochettino must be given at least the remainder of this season, look again at the end of the season if form is still woeful.

He deserves that.
I would love too. But timing is everything and by then we could have lost our CL qualifying chances and some of our players already...

Mourinho is short term and tends to be cancerous.

Pochettinho is our magic man. He will get it right
