Is it time to starve this **** of the oxygen he so desperately desires and lock this shit?

Reposting my favourite post summing up talksport from the general football thread:

Adrian Durham preparing for today's show:
4' - Poch is a bottler
7' - Pep is a fraud
10' - Pep is a fraud
11' - Poch is a bottler
21' - Poch is a bottler
59' - Poch is a bottler
73' - Pep is a fraud
94' - Poch is a bottler, no "Pep is a fraud"
FT - Pep is a fraud.

Your Poem is shit! Have you tried Iambic pentameter, I think it could work for you. ;)

Maurice /might just/ be cheering/ the lads/up be/
fore the/ N LD/ I won't be/ convinced/until/
the end/ of the/ season/or 'til/ he leaves/
Whichever/ comes first/ tra la/ tra la/ tra la

Best I can do without revamping the whole thing.
Thanks for your help.

Shakespeare's yer go to man here:

But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks?
It is the east, and Juliet is the sun.

But like me he often worked the changes on the stress pattern and syllable count.
Goose sauce: gander likewise.

In a word: no. We're consumers of a product provided by an organisation. If we don't like the product provided by that organisation, we have one 'right' and one only: we can choose not to buy that product. Not go go to matches or buy merchandise. The fact that we have an emotional attachment to the organisation is irrelevant.

You, and countless others, need to learn the difference between a right and a privilege.

That is just SO fucking wrong and a massive indication as to what is wrong with football and an increasing number of fans nowadays!! We're NOT customers of a fucking supermarket, we are fans!! Just because football has decided to turn itself into a monsterous money making ogre doesn't mean we fans have to roll out the corporate bollocks on their behalf and so legitamising the ogre's ruination of our beloved game in their OWN corporate interests!! Some people just don't fucking get what supporting your football club is about these days!!!

Due to starting my own business in April I've been far too busy to listen to TS since then.
Its been brilliant. A revelation. Dont miss it at all. Utter shit rag of a station.
Since Sky got involved its The Sun version of gutter radio. Utter crap.
And the number of advrrts increased so much you're lucky if you catch anything anyway.
If Poch goes then he goes. Anymore of that AVB crab football without shooting I'll drive him out myself.

As per usual on this place, take any ITK’s info with a pinch of salt. As far as I was concerned, Valencia y*d hasn’t been a credible ITK for years. He used to get info years ago, but that doesn’t last forever. Clearly his “info “ was way off the mark as Pochettino squashed those rumours within days.,

Nothing of the sort. Maybe the club acted on these 'rumours' quickly to steady the ship. Doesn't mean to say VY was wrong.

It is owned by News International so it is not surprising that it sounds like a radio version of the sun. H&J are always worth a listen though and Georgie Bingham is ok.

Fair enough. So tell me: what rights do we have, as fans of a football club, that we don't have as customers of a supermarket? And while you're at it, how about telling me how this has changed since 'football decided to turn itself into a monstrous money making ogre'.

Lol, I can't argue about that. Maybe it's just that I am in a better mood on weekend mornings! At least she isn't a professional fan like Cundy or Micky Quinn. With Durham, it's blatantly mock outrage that he does because his Saturday afternoon football show is totally different. He saves his trolling for his drivetime show.

Do you invest emotionally into a supermarket? Andwer, no. That's the difference.

I wrote this: "In a word: no. We're consumers of a product provided by an organisation. If we don't like the product provided by that organisation, we have one 'right' and one only: we can choose not to buy that product." Then you said "That is so fucking wrong". I asked you to tell me why. You haven't. You've just stated an irrelevance. I said in my original post about emotional investment.

If I'm "so fucking wrong" about our rights being the same with Spurs as they are with a supermarket, tell me why. You won't, because you can't.
