I don't think we need to worry as much. Dybala's legal issues are for him and Juve to sort out without us having to spend any money. If Dybala wants us and Juve happy to sell, then it will be resolved without us spending a penny to unwravel the mess. All we need to do is affirm our interest subject to such issues being resolved.

It's surely also in Juve's iinterst to sort this too as he'll be un-sellable to everybody.

He’s not unsellable to everybody though, that’s the problem.

His image rights ownership issue - is permitted in many leagues across Europe ... so it may just make him unsellable to a premier league club, but no reason why a French / German /Spanish or Italian club couldnt sign him.

JJ (on Eriksen)
“Yep, hope he stays but it is still not certain”

I don't think people need to get too worked up by that. If Real Madrid register an interest and submit a bid, he of course could go. That could happen at any moment, and JJ knows that if that were to occur, that changes everything. Until the window closes, nothing is certain.

if Real Madrid wanted CE surely levy would say right bid for him now or you wont get him
because we need to find a replacement Now the window is shut we cant do anything

Selling him now would be a stupid thing to do

Every summer window throws up an irrational individual meltdown. We had the guy a couple of seasons ago who lost his mind over hidden text he couldn’t read.

It’s a jungle in here during the windows and some of us never return home the same

I don't do meltdowns

I'm a "whatever will be, will be" poster.

so many where tense and moaning why we hadn't signed Sess and Lo Celso earlier, but I just sat back patiently:whistle:

It’s not like Levy has a track record of letting someone go and wothout signing a replacement beforehand is it.

Exactly. Why would he sign a new contract between now and September?

They're likely to wait to land him on a free next summer. That's what I'd do if I were being asked for another £130m and the player had a year to go.

Shame as when he came on yesterday he looked like he had some real 'spunk' about him.

I just can’t see how Eriksen signs a new contract. He could surely run his contract down and then go to Madrid on a free and Levy can’t force him out to a club he doesn’t want to go to.

Fact is CE holds all the cards, not Levy. If his heart is set on a move to Spain, he can make himself very attractive to Madrid by running his contract down.

I wouldn’t have much of a problem with him if he didn’t sign one. As long as he honours his contract and doesn’t go on strike we’ve got what we paid for. He’s not obliged to sign a new one just so that we can get a big fee.
