recuperating from a minor procedure
that is actually great news that he even traveled. We could so easily have left him in London for recovery.
would love him to stay, but i think the ball is in Madrid's court.

There is no way we get Lo Celso, Bale and keep Eriksen. I can see a Bake & Eriksen swap as solution to everyone, a 30 year old Bale is probably about equal worth to Eriksen with one year left on contract. Obviously a deal on wages would need to be worked out.
Bleh, I see Kane do that about 2 or 3 times a game. That Jonjo Shelvey pass below was very good.
Anything less and we will have let ourselves down in this window. If Eriksen stays, we need one more playmaker (Lo Celso); and if Eriksen goes then we need two more playmakers (Lo Celso plus ??).23 minutes ago, hertyid said:
I don’t know the status of Eriksen. Or really anything about this transfer specifically. But what I do know for sure is there was a feeling in the club that Eriksen had to play too many games last season, and suffered as a result. And so it wouldn’t be a surprise to me if we signed another CAM and didn’t sell Eriksen.

It's a shame he's on the Barton scale, otherwise he would be a player I'd happily see us sign (talent wise). He has a lot of similarities to Eriksen in the way that he can start a counter from nothing with one effortless pass.
Absolutely. His alopecia may have been triggered by an underlying issue, too, but unfortunately he's unlikely to ever be the type of pro top teams would take on. Read that he had a fight in a bar a couple of weeks ago, not sure how true that is.I'm no expert but my stepdaughter is on the autistic spectrum, a rare form, she is 21 now and does odd stuff.
Watching him and listening to him I think he may have a touch of something. I know he has a heart of gold, bought his sister a house but he is ever so slightly worrying in instant reflex actions - like that stamp a couple of years ago against us and the cynical cold look and laugh he has. Just my take, wish him well.

That being said, Eriksen is on the opposite side - he is probably too clean to be as marketable as some of the "high profile" players are (e.g not enough of a ****).
Shelvey did an interview on Football Focus where he spoke openly about having anger management issues, and how it effects his personal life as much as his career. He says CBT and counseling helps him.I'm no expert but my stepdaughter is on the autistic spectrum, a rare form, she is 21 now and does odd stuff.

Replies seem to be sure about this guy. Have no idea who he is.
