With the new season less the 30 days to go before the start of the season.

Everyone's positive, a ball's not been kicked in anger and so far we're undefeated (along with the other 19 clubs)

In all serious I'm a lot more positive than I was last year. I really think it's going to be a landmark season.

My 5 bold predictions.

1. We're going to win at least 1 trophy.
2. We will finish in the top 3, possibly in the top2.
3. Harry Winks profile will extended to the national and international scene. He will be seen as pivotal to both club and country.
4. N'Dombele will be the most influential signing we've had since VDV
5.Leicester City will challenge for a top 4 finish and will finish in the top 6.

I'm going to be really angry with you when these are wrong.

I'm looking at the fact that Mane and Salah both at Afcon, Mane is still in the quarter finals I think, Firmino got to Copa America final, just hopeful it will affect them in the latter parts of the season coupled with their lack of movement in the transfer market.

1. Janssen scores more goals than Kane, Son, and Alli combined.
2. Ndombele loaned out to Borehamwood in January.
3. Sissoko forgets how to play football, again.
4. We 'only' get through to Europa League knockout rounds. We sit 5th in the league at Xmas. Fans proclaim the apocalypse is nigh. Attendances plummet to 25,000 in the new super duper stadium as a result.
5. George Marsh wins player of the year.

  3. The Top 6 will become a Top 3 as Chelsea, Arsenal, and Man Utd will all finish with points totals miles behind us, Pool and Citeh
  4. Eriksen will not finish the season with the club
  5. Trippier will be shit every week but still get picked over Aurier and KWP

Totally agree with you, and have put my money where my mouth is regarding points 2 and 5.

1. We win the FA Cup
2. We finish third in the league, behind Liverpool and City (in that order)
3. N'dombele, after taking a few games to get settled in is a huge hit but has an ankle injury that keeps him out for a month at Christmas
4. Both Kane and Alli return to their best and Kane wins the golden boot.
5. Its another year of progress for the younger players - Foyth becomes a first team regular and Parrott makes a couple of cameo appearances in domestic cups and gets on the scoresheet
